Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Rjukan

We got exactly what we wanted: a user-friendly and cozy cabin in quiet and scenic surroundings. Mathias was a perfect host. He responded quickly and pleasantly to our inquiries, and we felt at home in his cabin from the first moment.

A clean and tidy home, close to good hiking opportunities and within walking distance to the city center. I recommend staying with Kjersti, a really good host.

Beautiful apartment in a really beautiful place and really cozy inside. The living room window opens to a really beautiful view that can also be admired from the balcony. Beds, pillows, blankets and sheets really comfortable and high quality! The best dreams of my visits to different places so far. Beautiful cottage in a charming neighborhood. Everything is in it. The host thought about the guests' free time, there are bicycles, games, rollerblades and many other equipment. You can come here for longer with the whole family. I highly recommend it.

Eva not say enough about this beautiful house. The location was picturesque and tranquil, we enjoyed sipping our nespresso looking at the view. There was more than enough space for two families, even though we were only three. We had a sauna every day and were lucky to have some snow. The beds were heavenly, we slept in every day. We did some skiing at Panorama Vradal right down the road. Kiki was super responsive in helping us figure things out. Her place is perfect for rest and relaxation. We will be back!!

There were 3 of us staying there from Sunday to Thursday. A comfortable stay with everything we needed. Would recommend!

We had a good stay at Arthur's place in Rjukan. Conveniently located for visiting Gaustatoppen, Vemork, or other area attractions.

The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully located, with lovely views and quiet surroundings. Lårdal is a fantastic place for a relaxing weekend, and we had a great time. The hostess Torill was absolutely great, she drove us to the start of Lårdalstigen and was always available if we needed anything. Her hospitality really made the stay extra special. In Lårdal, we found both a sauna and a cozy restaurant at the campsite. If I had to find something to complain about, the bed was too soft for our taste, and the shower jet could have been a little stronger. But this did not outweigh the otherwise nice stay. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Maria's apartment was simply perfect. Warm house, very welcoming and everything matching the description provided. Maria is extremely helpful and responsive, we asked for various information and she always responded in a short time. We were in Rjukan to ice climb and it was really nice to come back and take a hot shower. Kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. Impeccable cleanliness. We slept perfectly, very comfortable beds and silence in the surrounding area. I highly recommend it!!!

Well equipped apartment in a great spot.

A really nice apartment that works perfectly. Very well equipped and it is possible to store skis on the ground floor in private enclosure. Ski-in/ski-out works optimally - however, be aware that you start on the black part of piste 22, which however very quickly turns red. However, there are shuttle buses to other areas if too difficult for some family members😊 Definitely an apartment and area we would be happy to come back to!

We had a great weekend in Gausta and the place worked super well for me and my son. Unfortunately, the lift and slopes that are next to the apartment did not open, but the buses often go away to Skicenter and a couple of times we walked away with the skis, which also works if you do not want to wait for the bus. Great location on the property with a nice view of Gaustatoppen!

We had an amazing experience staying at Lia. Incredibly nice surroundings with good view. There was plenty of space in the house with a large kitchen and room for everyone around the dining table. Everyone had a nice holiday and the host responded quickly to questions that came up during their stay😊

A perfect, tranquil setting close to our desired loacation/activity of ice climbing. The views over the lake are sublime. The facilities are excellent and squeaky clean! Homely, quirky and comfortable! Thank you for having us! We'd love to come back!

The town is within easy walking distance. There are different sitting areas for people to chill out so the house never feel clostrofobic. We stayed with a group of 8. This is our second stay. Everyone had a good time.

The group of friends had an amazing weekend with lovely maie in Lunde. Rural and quiet surroundings with an old farmhouse with a lot of charm and flowering apple trees in the garden - real Telemarksidyll! Large bedrooms with plenty of space for many and good living spaces. Recommended! We gladly came back 😊

Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend at your lovely house😊! The house was very practical and arranged for an active extended family on trip ~ with three generations. The kitchen was large and conveniently arranged for several who contributed food etc, large dining room with plenty of space, great outdoor areas & large and good en-suite bedrooms were just great😀👍🏼. Plus the great place, Kristin has been so heartwarming and responded quickly & enjoyable emails😀! We've all had a great time ~ with great meals & valuable conversations, great experiences, and life & laughter😀! The whole big family is really happy with the stay❤️! Dice 6 from A to Z😀!

I stayed at the cabin over New Year’s Eve to the new year. I was looking for something peaceful and charming and Anne’s place it’s just what I was looking for. The living room/dining area is very sociable and cosy. The kitchen has top notch amenities and the projector screens adds up to the experience if you want a nice movie night in by the fire. The surroundings have some nice footpaths for hiking and not far off from the main village if you need to top up on the groceries or… car battery. If you’re lucky you can even spots some wildlife playing by the woods. Highly recommended! Thanks!
