Ski-in/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and alpine terrain eastwards behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain towards Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Idyllic place in Gøynes by Tinnsjøen

The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. Outboard motor 1-3 days NOK 400, -

Amazing views of Gaustatoppen. The unique thing about this cabin is that it is not located in a cabin area, there is nature and tranquility and birdsong as the closest neighbors. The cross-country ski trails start right at the parking lot, and from there it is about 300 meters to the alpine resort. Note: There is a walk from the parking lot up to the cabin, 150 meters in summer/250 meters in winter, it is steep the first bit, so it is NOT suitable if you are bad at walking. Approximately 1.5 km to Gaustablikk mountain hotel.

Sleeps 2 adults, 1 child in a travel bed. Beautiful location by Totakvannet. Enjoy peace and quiet. High standard. Nature comes into the living room. Deer, hares, foxes and deer often pass by. Teeming bird life. The cranes have a landing place here on their way to their nesting areas. The medieval "priest road" passes by the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the beach with a capital B. Sun from midday.
