The host, William, was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any needs with warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend this gem for a fantastic stay!

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

We wanted a quiet and relaxing vacation for our visit to Puerto Vallarta and this place was perfect. Ubers are inexpensive and it's easy to get to town. The restaurant next door was great for breakfast, lunch or a sunset dinner/evening. The restaurant staff was wonderful and we never had a disappointing dining experience. You can rent a chair & umbrella on their beach. The larger beach was a 5 min walk. Mane was very responsive when I contacted him. Sunsets and early morning moons were simply beautiful. The housekeeping service was wonderful! We plan to book again in the future.

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place is definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus is that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, which were very helpful! I would definitely come back and recommend it without thinking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s the perfect house and location. Carina the house keeper was my absolute favorite person. Missing her already. The house comes with beach chairs plenty of beach towels and umbrellas. Amazing sunset views . Thanks again for the hospitality and attention. Definitely will be back.

Definitely a FIVE STAR experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with our choice of refreshments. Furthermore, Laura and Jonathan were super accommodating and welcoming. In terms of the property itself, the apartment’s furnishings and decor are elegant and upscale. The common areas are also very upscale with a high sense of exclusivity. Definitely will book again!

Beautiful place. Walking distance to an awesome beach. Kids loved the pools.

Orlando was very attentive and helpful. Excellent host. The accommodation has an unbeatable location, it has 2 immediate accesses to the beach and has all the amenities at hand! It is true that it is in a busy area and with some noise, but it is only during the day and it did not bother us. They allowed us to arrive with our pets without any inconvenience and we were very comfortable.

Accommodation, quiet with excellent host attention, great amenities such as air pools, outdoor pools, gym, games room, restaurants and movie theater. Peace of mind in the warm place of the facilities and a very attentive host. We would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at Dennis’s place in Puerto Vallarta. The pools were exactly what we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised by the rooftop pool and its beautiful view. The AC worked perfectly and kept the space cool and comfortable the whole time. Communication with Dennis and Nuit was smooth, and the check-in process was quick and easy.

A great place for a quiet vacation. The apartment is spacious, very well air-conditioned, with hot water and everything you need to cook and have a great time.

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

The house has a spectacular view. The pool is enough to take the heat off . It is very cool as the wind runs throughout the entire house . The beds are comfortable , me junkets liked a little more full crockery and some drinks but for a few days you will have what you need. Communication with Maria and her husband was fluid and very cordial. Always with an extraordinary disposition to details. It's a good place to enjoy Careyeros beach with the family . Just consider taking very good care of small children . Being able to go down to the playita when the tide goes down makes it a rich activity during the day . The terrace that is on the way down is a quiet area for good photos and a cooler . They make it easy for you to go to the beach caryeros that you can walk in about 6 minutes and you take your car , they bring things down and you save the parking. Very nice house .

I visited John’s home with my husband and another couple. We had the best weekend relaxing by the pool. The villa was spotless and spacious. John and Roberto, the house manager, were super responsive and had so many helpful tips. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again with family and friends!

Always very attentive to any questions we had, he gave us many recommendations, we went to one of them and excellent. We loved the place, very quiet, comfortable and cozy. We would definitely come back☺️.
