Villa vacation rentals in Riviera Nayarit

The home is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 1 week trip. Plenty of space for our two families with kids from 0-7. The outdoor staircases are open, but we would just be with the early walkers as they went up and down, and the indoor areas were fine for them to roam. The bigger kids loved the loft "hideout". The pool was perfect for everyone. The location is right by the beach and little further from the center of town, which we liked because it was less noisy and crowded. The house manager was super helpful in arranging a private chef, golf carts, and baby gear rentals. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect house for our family of 6! Cannot say enough good things. Loved the location, loved the view, loved the spaces...indoor and out! Host was very responsive with any issues we had. Great place to stay with friends! So nice that each room has its own private bathroom, and balcony. The views are stunning! Pau and Pepe were very responsive and accommodating! Very cool people and very cool house!

So grateful for our time there, cannot say enough positive things about this home. Went with our 4 year old and in laws. This home and complex seemed especially great for families. Other friendly people with kids in the nearby homes but no one was ever overly loud or disrespectful. The house was very spacious and comfortable and looked better in person than the photos. The shared pool was right outside our patio which we utilized everyday. Nice private access to beach as well. Daily housekeeping was great. Loved the covered outdoor area for morning coffee and outside shower at the end of a big Beach day. I accidentally messed up safe code once and within minutes someone was there to assist me. Loved being on the quieter north end of Sayulita but an easy walk to the center of town. Would 100% stay there again!

Absolutely stunning property and the photos don’t do it justice. We had a marvelous time and enjoyed the beautiful views from all the different rooms and patios while also having a lot of privacy.

This little slice of paradise was just what I needed. The grounds abs rooms were very well kept. The plants provided ample shade and the pool is absolutely serene. Honestly, the pictures don't do this place justice. So you have to see it for yourself! There were 2 friendly employees working the grounds, which helped a lot. The gentlemen helped carry the bags, so make sure you have cash to tip!! Can't wait to come back.

Mari and Shane took great care of my family during our visit to Bucerias (April 14 week). Mari is a great cook and she and team made sure we had everything we needed. The house is an amazing private space, and the kids loved the pool. It’s basically like being at a resort but without all the other guests. We had 8 people, which is just about the perfect amount for this spot. The beach is a block away and tons of shops and restaurants are within a few more blocks. The ladders to the upper lofts are a bit precarious and not a great option for young kids or those with limited mobility, so plan accordingly. Also, we were in town during Holy Week so there was a bit more street noise and activity than usual. This generally did not last past 9 PM. We will definitely come back to this spot next time we are in the PV area. Thank you so much to the whole team for making this a great family vacation!

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay at this place. The house is extremely cleaned and supplied with all necessities. Checkin/checkout were a breeze. We enjoyed the pool and the shaded awning outside. This house is conveniently located ~10 (or less) min away from town. We found this to be the perfect distance away since the town can be a little noisy at night. The walk back up the hill is not bad (we are in our 30s), and a good way to walk off dinner. Highly recommend this place. I would definitely book again!

Wow!!!! We had an amazing vacation in PV. The Airbnb was just so magical. The layout was unusual which made our stay so special. We loved how the house had different floors and sections that made the adults and kids find their own special space. We had family time and alone time all in comfortable surroundings. The neighborhood was fun and easy to access any of our many adventures. The host was readily available when we needed him and went out of his way to accommodate us. Overall this was a family vacation we will remember for years to come. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you are planning to visit PV. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Villa Kuali was a perfect place for a vacation with friends. Its many bedrooms and beds made it very comfortable and flexible for a large group. The pool and palapa were great spaces to hang out together as a full group. We enjoyed being a bit off of the main road, but still being extremely walkable to all that San Pancho had to offer. The hosts were extremely kind and communicative, responding quickly to all of our inquiries. I would recommend this airbnb to any large group looking to enjoy San Pancho together!

A gem in paradise! A girlfriend and I chose to stay at Villa Mc Fuego for our Puerto Vallarta getaway and it was the best decision we made. The Villa is very beautiful with breathtaking ocean views from every room. Fully furnished terrace with an easy access to a private beach. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The highlight of our stay was the cook Estela, not only is her cooking the best ever, but she was so warm hearted. It almost felt like a mother cooking for you. I highly recommend this place!

We had the most amazing time at Luna Azul! There were 10 women and we fit in the house perfectly. Gris and Olga were amazing, so helpful and made delicious drinks and food. The view from house was so nice, beautiful sunsets. The house is in a great neighborhood, we never had to use transportation, an easy walk to the water, restaurants, shops etc. We hope to come back again!

This place was so great! We traveled with our two teenage daughters. My mother and cousin and the space was perfect for us. We rented a golf cart through Chicago carts, which allowed us to get around Marina Chicola more easily and down into the town. With the exception of the bakery, which is terrific. The restaurants in town aren’t great for vegetarians, but we arranged to have meals cooked in the condo through Javier. And Paty’s cooking was a real highlight! We did not realize from the pictures how close the nearest pool was to the condo, it’s only about 30 feet away, which is terrific! We loved in the morning and going down to play cards overlooking the ocean by the pool just a few feet from our home. It’s 200 but you can thank you.

Me and my friends had a very lovely stay! Hosts were very fast to respond and airbnb was very clean and perfect to spend time at.

Great home away from home and Rosemary was everything you need in a host. Daily cleaning service was amazing - Marissa was awesome doing our laundry daily as well. Photos do not do this property justice - sunsets are amazing in the pool.

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. The design is beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully curated. Hilda was incredibly helpful and always available if we needed anything. Her recommendations for restaurants and activities were spot on, making our experience even better. The water filtration system was a huge plus, and the pool was stunning — perfect for relaxing after exploring. The fans were so powerful that we didn’t even need to use the AC. The neighbor, Gerardo, was also very kind and helpful, adding to the warm and welcoming vibe. We loved that the location was peaceful and just outside the busy part of town, but still close enough for a quick and fun golf cart ride into Sayulita. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing stay. We can’t wait to return!

It is the perfect place to rest, you feel at home, it is great, you connect with nature, the house is very complete, the 3 bathrooms are complete and very nice, definitely the most relevant is your garden, there we live together as a family every day of our stay, outdoors but with everything you need to do it, zero austerity, even the price is very cheap in terms of cost/benefit. It's just perfect. Indispensable and I suggest that when staying here a vehicle is necessary, as it is complicated if you come walking.

My husband and I just stayed here for the 2nd year in a row and we are certain we will return again. We have NEVER repeated an AirBnB location, but this place is special. It is absolutely stunning, very private and clean. Delicious food is right outside of the door. The grounds are lush and beautiful and the pool and privacy can't be beat. We were very impressed after our first stay, but now that the host has made things even better with some updates to the physical space and amenities, we are truly blown away. A true home away from home. The host is friendly and responds to any issues promptly.

Mollys Villa in PV was absolutely stunning! The Villa itself was to die for gorgeous with its sexy Spanish style feel. The place was sparkling clean and we felt right at home. We spend most of our time out on the many balconies of the home by the pool. My only critique was that there were no lounge chairs to lay on by the pool, and the chairs that were out there are metal and not very comfortable, but we made do. The VEIWS and the surrounding foliage are spectacular! We could have stayed here for a month and were really sad to leave. Just like other reviews mention, the house is located on the main road and therefore the traffic is non stop and really loud, but that is to be expected with any house located on that road right by the beach. The views and house make up for it!! Molly was very responsive to all of my questions before and during the trip and gave recommendations for spas in the area including their phone numbers and directions. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

We loved out stay at Teddy, Gianna, and Maria's place! It is a quiet oasis, but still super close to all that Sayulita offers. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the open air kitchen and living space was a wonderful place to gather. Teddy gave us lots great recommendations for restaurants and other local spots to visit, which we took full advantage of! I highly recommend a stay there and if we go back, we would definitely stay with them again.

I stayed in the house for 1 month. I totally loved the interior of the house, high ceilings, spacious, good beds, good lighting. The kitchen hen is great except the knives are dull and there is not hot water at the kitchen sink. No dishwasher, so I had to heat water on the range. I never did figure out how to turn on the oven. What is really needed here is an instruction book. This property is right next to a big resort, so there is a constant drone of air conditioning, workers talking, etc. That said, I would consider staying here again because a very short walk brings you to the fabulous club pool, where I did my water aerobics every day, overlooking the ocean, seeing whales , people having fun at the beach, and fabulous birds. I was able to walk on the sand beach a mile in each direction at low tide. The security team is friendly and helpful. This place is a rare find and I recommend it!

Ale Gómez was very friendly and helpful when she attended to us and was super attentive. A place that I think is very well located to go from there to other beaches, very ideal to enjoy as a family as it was in my case and everything is super quiet. As an observation, they should update the address of the villa on Google because following the address sent does not take you exactly to the villa and it is a complex with many villas and you do waste time looking, and a recommendation in case it happens to future guests, ask at the booth or the beach club team and they will give you the attention of pointing you in the right direction, they even took me to the exact point, I appreciate it, it is a plus, other than that everything in order and super cool, 100% recommended.
