We felt right at home. Very comfortable beds. Great price for the location. Near everything you might need. Kandi had great communication. We always worry about overwhelming scents to the towels or sheets but they use free and clear detergent so it was not a problem at all. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Overall a very comfortable and homey stay!

Wonderful place that worked perfectly for our extended family to stay while in Dayton celebrating our niece’s graduation. Faith was incredibly responsive and the home had all the amenities we needed not only to gather in, but also relax.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and as pictured in a nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

An excellent Airbnb, host was super friendly and responsive. Lots of room and wonderful decor. Would stay here again 100% Basic amenities were all provided, bathroom was well stocked and there was even a bit of food and drink. Plenty of parking on street.

We had an amazing experience at Renee’s place in Beavercreek! Renee was a fantastic host—she communicated quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and plenty of things to do in the area. This was 5 star from top to bottom! I cannot say enough about how we enjoyed this house. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and had lots of opportunity to compare with others about their Airbnb stays. Ours was the best!!! Loved everything about this house - beautifully updated with fabulous amenities and so many wonderful touches of history — the framed patents are the best! Beds, bathrooms, kitchen - all fantastic!! The location is super convenient especially for downtown, Carillon and UD. The neighborhood is lovely. A++++

Absolutely Amazing Stay Highly Recommend! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos! Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen. The location was ideal close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure we felt at home. Check-in was a breeze, and we really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' experience. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this one easily ranks at the top. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and relaxing stay. Great space with everything we needed. Super clean, comfy beds and linens, and on a quiet street just a block or so from downtown. We were in town for a baseball tournament which was all around Dayton and this house was in a central location just a short drive from everywhere in the area. Downtown Tipp City is such a nice, clean, friendly place. We enjoyed our stay.

The NorthWest Hideaway was a great place to stay. It was perfect for our getaway retreat. We enjoyed the Xenia area and made good use of the bike trails in the area. It was also a good launching point for a day into Cincinnati. The neighborhood was quiet, and the whole town (what we saw of it) was clean and well cared for. Tamra's place was spotless and clean. It felt very much like home.

My sister and some friends had a ladies' getaway and Thea's place was perfect. The location can't be beat, with plenty to do within walking distance. The porch is great for sitting out in the evening. If you want to hike, there are several possibilities within a short drive. Thea communicated very clearly and was prompt in responding to any questions. This is our favorite place to stay in Yellow Springs. Will definitely be back!

The apartment is very nice! you stay above the host's garage! you will have a beautiful patio to look out over the backyard. The bed and the couch are in the same room. But it worked out just fine. the couch was very comfortable. the fridge was very nice! can I get over how well located the apartment is. you were right in the thick of the best part of the city and have very easy access to all the trails. The hosts are extremely nice and own a local brewery that is a must go to in Xenia!

This was our second time staying at Mark and April’s place. Walkable to downtown Yellow Springs and the Glen, as well as all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Love the super cute kitchen and especially the heated bathroom floors. This is our “go to”Airbnb in Yellow Springs, and we have stayed at several. Finally, and also important, super friendly and responsive hosts are a huge plus. Thank you!

The Studio was a perfect stopover on our Ohio to Erie bike excursion! It was a rainy day and Carol let us check in early to avoid the worst of the storm. The breakfast items were fantastic and it was what we needed to fuel our day! We were able to store our bikes in the garage which was another benefit! And it is picturesque and quiet!

This is the second time that we have stayed in this Airbnb. We have always thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Paul and his wife are friendly and hospitable hosts. They do a great job caring for their property and are very easy to get along with. We enjoy being in the center of town and being able to walk everywhere. The town is small but peaceful and we love how close the Airbnb is to the university. Thank you again, Paul, for hosting us. We hope to stay again in the future.

Loved the beach house. Came here to attend a horse show at world equestrian center. The location was so convenient, but the house itself was so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, it was a relaxing pleasure to enjoy. The home is wonderfully stocked with everything you might need, recently updated. Very clean and very, very comfy. Would definitely stay here again. It’s on my favorite favorites list!

Great place, and as described. Perfectly clean, neat, attractive and uncluttered. Well-provisioned with the expected basics plus many thoughtful additions (e.g. blender, electric fireplace, and tower fans). Very peaceful in and out, even though in an apartment complex. Close to a supermarket, and easy access to highway into Dayton. Hosts were very responsive, nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this townhouse again!

This is the second time we have rented from Heath and Trish and once again we have nothing but great things to say about them. We will continue to use them and recommend them to our friends travelling to the Wilmington area.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Great experience overall. Everything was very clean and felt very welcoming from the moment we pulled up and entered the home. Would stay again.
