Jasmyn’s home was the perfect spot for our group’s short getaway. It was clean, spacious, and ideally located, just a short drive to the beach and the riverfront. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen for cooking together, and the comfortable beds made for a great night’s sleep. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made relaxing even easier. Highly recommend! A+++!!!!

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

For us, this was a great stay, beginning to end. Michael was very responsive from the very beginning when I first reached out to him about his property. I grew up in Wilmington, but sadly our reason for being in town was for my dad’s funeral. The house is such a cute floor plan, very modern style. It has just enough furniture but without feeling cluttered. We didn’t use the loft area, but it is a really neat space. We had two large breed dogs with us and we had plenty of floor space for their beds and still be able to move around easily. The bed in the full bedroom sleeps really nicely. It’s on a quiet street, with more than plenty of space for multiple vehicles. Our dogs loved sniffing around in the fenced in part of the yard. It’s conveniently located to several major thoroughfares in mid-town Wilmington so getting around is easy. We also loved the PacMan game. Would absolutely stay again!

Tony is a great host! He is very accommodating and his home was exactly as described. It’s located in a safe neighborhood, close to downtown Wilmington and the beach. We recommend this place!

We had a great stay at this cozy cottage! The home was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The two bedrooms were perfect for our group, and the beds were super comfortable. We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood—peaceful and safe, but still just a short drive to downtown Wilmington and the beach. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly throughout our stay. It felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

We have been to Wilmington multiple times over the last 5 years because our daughter attended UNCW. Margaret's place was definitely one of our favorite stays. The bungalow style house was better than the photos. It was larger inside than we expected. The bathroom in the third bedroom toward the back of the house was fantastic. The mattress in this bedroom was extremely comfortable and we slept well. This is such an important part of any stay, and it was clear that it was considered. There was a spacious back deck which we enjoyed during our stay. I highly recommend staying at her location on Wrightsville Ave.

Matthew's place was awesome! Very close to the beach and near the main hub of Carolina Beach where you can get food and drinks!

Had a great time at this condo! Robin was super friendly and proactive when it came to communication. The condo has a gorgeous view from the balcony, and parking was plentiful and easy to access for a majority of the stay. Great selection of local businesses within 10-15 minute’s walk, easy beach access, the works. Would rent again

Location, location, location…walkable and affordable best of both worlds. Recommend renting bikes from shady rentals to get to the beach quickly without the hassle of parking.

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

Awesome place and location! Perfect for my husband and I’s long weekend anniversary trip. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The pool was under renovation during our stay, which was a bummer but we were aware of ahead of time. 10/10 recommend!

Very cozy house in a great location. Parking was easily manageable. Full kitchen, with anything you could need. Quickly responded to any needs. Even left little chocolates on the night stand!

Beautiful, cozy and so homey. I would stay here for months. It will be my go-to place to stay every visit to see my daughter who lives in the area. I loved the view, the walks on the Riverwalk and downtown. I worked from here and it was perfect.

Location is great and the unit had everything we could need. It is a bit on the small side (think hotel room/small studio) but we were out enjoying the town all day and didn’t hang out in the room much. Parking pass came in so handy and Jess was very quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect… close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The space was modern, spotless, and clearly well cared for. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely stay for a wedding weekend in Wilmington. Charming historic house, extremely well appointed. We easily walked to downtown Wilmington (about 7 - 10 minutes) and did not use our car once we arrived. Convenient free parking for the house off the street. Especially loved the comfortable beds! Saira was a communicative and helpful host.
