The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Our cosy, beautifully fitted Shepherd's Hut with its own wood-fired hot tub is perfect for a romantic rural getaway. Nestled on the fringes of mature woodland on a small working farm, the hut is secluded with open views over the breathtaking Dulas Valley in rural Herefordshire. Relax in the private outside area, with charcoal barbeque, hammock and fire pit, and explore local walks, pubs, market towns and historical sites. Dogs are welcome. Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and fire wood provided, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated shower room is close to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs. Please note there is no WiFi.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Bothy is a unique small hideaway 5 miles from the famous book town of Hay on Wye and directly on the Wye Valley Walk. It is a former cowshed carefully renovated to make a special cosy and comfortable one bedroom haven .It is situated behind an Edwardian stable block and very private.
