Both the Key and fobs will be collected from the co host Zonja, she will hand you the front door key and the entry fobs. She will also be the main point of contact for any concerns you may have. Upon checking out post the keys into the post box. Checkin timings must be confirmed with the cohost before arrival.

Very light self contained Annexe in a peaceful rural location in the lovely village of Chelmondiston, near Ipswich. The village contains shops, pubs and the River Orwell, and all are within walking distance. Plenty of parking, you will have your own private entrance and west facing patio to enjoy the Suffolk sunsets. Two TVs and compact but full kitchen with washer / dryer. Well-behaved pets are allowed but please note the outside space is not fully enclosed. All bookings via AirBNB please.

Paul is a perfect host. He is warm, friendly and helpful. The room is well equipped with everything I need, ideal for both short and long stay. The neighborhood is very convenient, with large supermarkets steps away and only a short walk to beach and town center. Highly recommend. Best choice.

Really nice cottage, very well designed with good use of space and a really pleasant interior. The view from the window is great, you can see the horse paddock and sea in the distance. Even though it’s right on the road, the road is not busy. Pub is open Tuesday - Sunday. Great place and would stay again.

After a terrible start to 2025 we needed somewhere quiet , in nice surrounding area to de stress but also within easy reach of Colchester to meet up with our son Creek lodge fitted our requirements perfectly. It was .uch nicer than we had hoped for. 3 days was nowhere near long enough as there are so many beauty spots we never had time to visit. Val was great Nice and chatty and had lots of suggestions for us about the area. Places to visit and restaurants . Overall a really pleasant stay
