There is a lovely wood burner to keep you cosy at night, an outside fire pit for you to gaze under the stars, and an out door BBQ and seating area with a hammock. There is an outdoor bathroom shack for you to shower in nature (it's heated).

Our aim is for you relax, unwind and make the most of your surroundings when you stay at N.32, so during your holiday you will have exclusive use of our gated drive, a private patio and a lovely, large back garden complete with fire pit and children's play area.

Pippa's Cottage is our self contained detached annexe with private roof terrace, just over a mile from the centre of the pretty market town of Cirencester. We are a 7 minute walk to a Sunday Times Gasto pub, The Plough by Sam and Jak, and less than 5 minutes to the fields entering Cirencester Park, or The Stratton Hotel Spa (1/2 day bookings available. Off road parking is included. We can accommodate 3 people with an extra charge.
