Everything was well, it was a little hard to find the block after you pass by the gates, but the staff in the building was very helpful! The apartament is nice, beautiful, and cozy. The only little issue was that because the walls are very thin, you can hear everything, not just from the inside, but from the neighbours too. Luckly, the neighbourhood was calm most of the time. We will surely return in the future !

We went to Madrid for the weekend and the apartment was a success. It's small but has everything you need. The area is very quiet and there are places to park. There are bars and supermarkets nearby. Very well connected to downtown. Manu was very attentive and even let us leave later than the check-out time due to the trip

Luis's apartment is very centrally located. In fact Metro 3 entry is just infront of the building and in less than 10 minutes you can reach major attractions like Sol. Bus stand is also hardly 200 meters and Delicias station is just 400 meters. Connectivity from his place is best. There is supermarket across the road in addition to shops which open late night also. His place on ground floor is in a secure building with lot of open area. We really felt at home. Apartment was absolutely neat and clean.

John’s apartment was in a great location labour 50 m from El Rastro flea market (which we only discovered as we arrived!) walking distance to everything. And some great restaurants nearby. The apartment is recently renovated so everything is clean and fresh. John was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again.

The apartment is excellent and the contributions of Yiftach and his collaborator made everything better and easier. The accommodation provides everything expected as it is new appliances in perfect working order. The water and its pressure are excellent. The equipment is complete. The location can't be better, in the middle of the city but absolutely quiet. It allows you to walk to the main points of Madrid and the proximity to the Metro complements the above. A bustling, attractive and also very safe area. I would probably go back to the apartment

Great little apartment in a wonderful area. Lots to do nearby and walkable everywhere, but on a pedestrian street so no traffic. The unit was clean and well supplied. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about this perfect apartment in a perfect city! We loved the space for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was super clean and the host was so sweet and helpful and nice! The building is so convenient with everything readily available! Beautiful apartment right on Plaza Mayor. Well appointed, really interesting antiques and art (and furniture), just a wonderful experience, practically and aesthetically. Really just one of our favorite stays ever. We happened to be staying there during the San Isidro festival, so the square was full of people and workers erecting a giant stage (followed by lots of sound checks). Worth noting that the windows do an amazing job of blocking out the noise from the square. Practicalities: great location (although there's a half block walk from any street), near the sights and the markets and so much of the heart of Madrid. Grocery store less than a block away. Tons of great food nearby. Only downside: the apartment was so beautiful that we explored less than we would have otherwise!

We had a very nice and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and is available at all times in case you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from Gran Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had in a very quick way. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in a semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

A wonderful stay in this house located on a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two apartments, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decor are beautiful and in excellent condition. The surroundings are very beautiful, full of nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
