Vacation rentals with a kayak in Rivas

Karina’s place is a great place to get away. We’ve been there multiple times and love it. Steps from the beach. The beach is amazing here. Close to restaurants and surfing if that’s what you like. The house is well stocked and clean. Karina communicates well and responds quickly. Would recommend Karina’s place.

This place is an absolute gem! If you're looking for a peaceful escape and a genuinely good time, this is the spot. Carolina is a fantastic host—thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. Her amazing team is always available and quick to respond to any needs, which made us feel completely at ease. Most importantly, we felt safe and cared for the entire time. Skip the crowded hotels and lodges around San Juan—this is where you want to be. We'll be coming back every chance we get!

We were delighted with this place and its views, in addition to being a very nice villa, the beds are super comfortable, and I would like to point out that everything is very clean. We were very satisfied with this stay, and I would seriously recommend it to 💯😌✅

We had a great time at Villa Lorito!! Some drawbacks included: The kitchen had some functionality issues, but we were still able to cook without much trouble. I’m confident this is something that can be quickly addressed. Additionally, while parking was available, it was not directly at the property but within walking distance. Though manageable, it felt a bit far, especially when carrying luggage or groceries. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the villa's charm and amenities.

Honestly, one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I have ever stayed. We watched a horse and her baby walk the beach in front of us, picked mangos off the ground, and jumped into the lake all day. All around wonderful experience. Thank you David, Rebecca, and Team! We will be back.

Our stay at this beachfront rental was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from a quiet, clean beach with soft sand and gentle waves. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe and peaceful, which made our trip even more relaxing. We loved taking evening walks along the shore and watching the sunset from the private deck. The home itself was spotless, secure, and clearly well-cared for. The smart lock entry gave us peace of mind, and we appreciated the motion lights and gated access. Inside, the décor was airy and coastal-chic, with plenty of space for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the beach towels was a thoughtful bonus. Communication with the host was easy and professional—she checked in with us and shared local tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt truly at home, and most importantly, completely safe and comfortable the entire time.

We really enjoyed staying here for a nice weekend getaway from the main land. The accommodations are right off the beach so you can fall asleep or awake to the sounds of the waves. The garden is beautiful and there are friendly chickens and dogs on the property. The guests were amazing and very responsive. They provided kayaks so we could enjoy the sunset on the lake. I would definitely stay again when I’m Ometepe. Also they have solar power so when the power went out on the island, I was still able to use the WiFi and a fan to cool off.
