The four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms make this the perfect homebase for families & groups. Besides the open layout & high ceilings, the original claw-foot bathtub and furnished outdoor patio space are two other luxuries. The newly renovated granite top kitchen can handle any culinary plans you may have in mind including an entire dining area. The well-maintained wooden swirl steps from the 1800’s & exposed brick sprinkled on the top floor floods the space with character. The owner or a representative is always available in case of an emergency, and only a phone call away. Rittenhouse is one of the oldest, most prestigious areas in Philadelphia. Originally named Southwest Square, Rittenhouse Square was renamed after a famous Philadelphian astronomer and hosted some of the city’s most popular happenings all year round.
