Condo vacation rentals in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

Our stay at Jonathan’s home near Fairmount Park was fantastic! The condo has a well designed, spacious layout and is beautiful, with a great mix of Philly style and modern comforts - hardwood floors, comfy furniture, and a warm, welcoming vibe. It’s perfectly located, just a short walk from the Philadelphia Zoo and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, making it easy to explore these iconic spots. The Fairmount Park neighborhood is lovely and charming, we enjoyed grabbing coffee at nearby cafes. An important note - Jonathan is an incredible host. He was so kind and attentive, always responding to our questions or requests almost instantly, which made the entire experience so smooth. The house was as described - super clean, well-stocked with essentials, and had nice homey touches that made us feel right at home. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences, and Jonathan’s hospitality made it even better. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Philly!

Great place, very clean & modern. Decent neighborhood with lots to do within walking range. Parking was not bad at all, was able to park right in front of the unit. Neighbors are very friendly. Host was very helpful! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Cute house that was perfect for our family. It was just as described and instructions for everything were very clear and descriptive. Loved that it was so close to the water. Great hosts and I would definitely stay in one of their places again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect in every way. The home was exactly like the photos—actually, even more stunning in person. It had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel completely at home. The house was impeccably clean—truly one of the most pristine and well-maintained Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear the hosts take great pride in offering a top-tier experience. Speaking of the hosts, they were outstanding: incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. From start to finish, their communication and hospitality were flawless. We had a perfect experience and are already looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit. Highly, highly recommended!

Super cute place for our girls trip and we felt very safe in the neighborhood which was very quiet! :)

We stayed at Glady's place to see a concert at the Met, and it was perfect! The location right across the street from the Met made our attendance at the concert so easy and stress-free. We got a delicious sushi dinner right around the corner, and in the morning walked the short walk to Starbucks for our morning coffee. Gladys was so helpful and responded right away to all of my inquiries.

Had a wonderful stay at Joseph’s place! The apartment was bright, comfortable, and full of natural light, making it a relaxing space. The neighborhood was very walkable and conveniently located near some great restaurants and local spots. Would definitely stay here again!

Full-service apartment only a 10-minute walk from the heart of Center City, for the price of a Days Inn! The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was modern and comfortable, the wifi signal was very strong, water pressure and hot water were excellent in the shower, the whole place was spotless (check-in time at 5 allows cleaning crew to do a great job). I especially appreciated being able to watch my own streaming apps on their large TV while resting on an extremely comfortable sectional couch. I don't think the photos do justice to how nice the place is on the inside. Just some minor inconveniences to be aware of: - this is not a place to bring a car, unless you are prepared to put it in a garage: all the parking spaces in the area are only for 2 hours Mon-Fri or Sat. - the doorknob lock is very old and loose, so you may have to jiggle it for a while. - bedroom only has a portable air conditioner. But these are all outweighed by amenities and location!

We had a great stay. The apartment is just as described. Pay close attention to instructions to get to the apartment and getting inside (lock). Don’t worry about using Waze and the instructions about which intersection to turn, it will be easy to spot. Pull into the second drive and park all the way down to the right, then you will be close to the correct door. There is no cable tv, but there is an antenna and streaming services. The shower has great water pressure.

This was my second stay at Hala's in as many weeks. Just as wonderful as the first time! See my review from last week, nothing has changed, still excellent!

Jason's place was the perfect spot for our recent visit to Philly. He had very clear instructions for entering the apartment (possibly some of the clearest I've ever encountered). The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. We ended up accidentally snapping the key off in the gate one night when we were returning to the apartment and he was able to get a replacement to us ASAP. I would absolutely stay here again!

So the townhome was AWESOME! looks just like its described. We only had an issue with the door because being from the south we’re not used to keypads like that. So you’ll put the code in and then the knob lol! Glad the neighbor helped us out. Andrea was very helpful and fast with responses.

The space was even roomier, brighter, and lovelier than the pictures. The area was walkable, with tons to do, cool murals around every corner, and so many excellent food and beverage options. Natasha was a wonderful, responsive host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is my second stay at Elizabeth’s property. It is in an amazing location and has a great host. I highly recommend it!

Elizabeth was great from the start. Communication was fantastic, apartment was perfect and you can't beat the fact that there was free parking in a parking garage attached to the building. Great location in Philly. If we decide to visit again this place will be the first place we book.

Very comfy two bedroom townhome. Only thing to know is it's on the second and third floor so you have to walk up a narrow flight of stairs to get into the apartment. Fully equipped with all the needed kitchen and bathroom stuff. Spectacular location, truly convenient to everything in Center City Philadelphia. Covered (paid) parking about a block away.
