The cabin is even really close the best fishing spots at Vuentokoski and Matkakoski, hiking&biking trails and other summer and winter activities. There is beds for four people with downblankets and pillows & quality towels and bedlinens.

We fell in love with the stillness and beauty of Arctic Finland, and we’re excited to share our cottage, and a little piece of that magic, with guests from around the world.

The sauna section of the house has a room with overnight accommodation and a very good wood-heated sauna. The sauna wing was built in the 1970s and the surfaces of the sauna and shower room were renovated in the spring of 2023. Sleeps up to 5 people. Dog guests are also welcome for an additional fee

A cosy chalet of around 60 sqm, all comfort that can accommodate 5 people. it has a room downstair for two people and a second one on the loft for three people. It also has a private bathroom, full-equipped kitchen and a comfortable open living room. Every chalet has its own private terrace.

Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights. The boat shore and Ylitornio's fine sandy beaches are only about 1 km away. Ainiovaara's magnificent skiing and outdoor areas are located nearby. The Aavasaksa ski slopes are about 15 km away.
