An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating to keep it cost in the winter months. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We have natural spring water too

Boroughbridge has a fine selection of shops & pubs and is only a couple of minutes drive from the A1. On a Summer's evening open the patio doors to enjoy the beautiful sunshine overlooking the pond and in winter light up the stove to create that warm glow. The cottage is situated on a working farm in the area of outstanding natural beauty. You can collect your keys from the key safe and Kim, Janet and Emma are close by should you need anything.

There are French doors that open up to access the courtyard. The loo/shower is located on the ground floor and courtyard is shared with main house.
