Bologna Boutique Home, exclusive living experience

An exclusive private charming home totally restored located in an historical building in the oldest part downtown. Bologna Boutique Home is a large, warm and comfortable relais of 80 square meters developed on 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms, and related private bathrooms one double room and one with 2 twin beds easily convertible in king size bed, ultra modern kitchen and large living room with 55’ Digital TV. Both 2 rooms are equipped with a fine bed sheet, terry towels, courtesy set and TV.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

SELF CHECK-IN, you can arrive at any time, beautiful park right behind the house, independent entrance, small terrace, for breakfast on the terrace, the exposed wooden roof, makes the house special, electric kitchen and washing machine. Very quiet area. You can walk to the airport in 10/15 minutes, the supermarket is also 10 minutes from the park, and the bus, pharmacy, deli, and newsstand are 5 minutes away. L’Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two independent apartments, is spread over two floors and features 4 bedrooms (5th available upon request), 2 bathrooms, and a private entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who want to stay just below the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, surrounded by nature, the peace of the countryside, and wild animals in the large, well-equipped garden.

This property is set in an and peaceful garden with stunning views of the river. There is a modern industrial kitchen leading into a lounge area with views. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Or you can explore the beautiful countryside, go mountain biking or simply relax after a day out. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
