The house is delightful, great location, quiet street, super close to the beach and the grocery store. Practical, functional and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. TV room and dining room integrated with the kitchen. Great rooms and bathrooms. It doesn't have a garage, but you can park in front of the gate without any problems. I have a large car and it fit without any problems, the street is wide. I will be back for sure!

The house met all expectations. With four spacious and airy suites, it accommodated our family in total comfort and privacy. The pool and barbecue area made our group moments even more special. All very clean, well cared for and with a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal for those seeking rest and leisure.

The house is wonderful, matches the photos in the listing and stands out for its cleanliness and comfort for all guests (we stayed in a group of 13 people, all people well accommodated). The housekeeper Daiana, who Victor recommended for hiring cleaning separately, was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend it!

The house is amazing, very well cared for and equipped. Matheus is very attentive and always answered us clearly and quickly. The accommodations were great, it served my family very well with people between 8 and 72 years old. The location is very good, about 8 min walking to the beach. The house is also close to restaurants and market.

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds, an incredible view, you really don't want to leave. Cooking with that view is amazing. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, and take in the view. Cyntia, the employee who helped with everything in the house, was really helpful. He cooked for us and was there to meet our needs. Juli the same, she got me everything I asked for/ I would really come back a thousand times!

Caio and Sônia were great hosts. The space was very clean and the balcony of suite 8 overlooks the vegetation of the hillside, ensuring privacy and a green wall. The chalet is very nice, with essential items available for use. The village is small, so any long walk is no more than 20 minutes. As a gay couple, we feel safe and welcome.

We had a great stay! The apartment corresponds exactly to the description of the listing — super well-equipped, with everything we needed to feel at home. The cleaning was impeccable, everything very organized and smelling. The location is also great: there are several restaurants nearby, and the pharmacy and market are a short walk away. In addition, the entrance to the beach is very close, which made our daily life much easier. We would definitely go back and recommend!

The house is beautifully kept with nice comfy beds, adequately stocked kitchenware, and nice beach chairs to bring along when we went to the beach. The house itself is on a property that is gated and feels private with access to two small beaches that were amazing to walk along. It was special to come back each day from our various adventures in the area and have a nice place to relax. The best part was waking up to the sun rising over the mountains, a view of Ilhabela, and many birds chirping and flying along the water. It was such a beautiful place to be! The location allowed us to get to Praia do Guaeca, the ferry to Ilhabela, and Sao Sebastiao (for groceries at Pao de Açúcar) very easily. The host is very responsive and was helpful.

Cleiton (condominium caretaker) is extremely kind and proactive. Beautiful condominium, very quiet, well maintained and with a great location, as it is very close to the beach, restaurants, bakery, shopping, etc. The house is extremely airy, bright, spacious, comfortable, equipped and with air conditioners in the bedrooms and a very quiet living room. It corresponds exactly to what we see in the photos. The pool area in the condominium is also excellent and very well maintained. I recommend it and we intend to come back again!

Very complete house, had everything we needed. We were in 6 people, the house endured very well, only point of attention is that the couple who sleep in the living room ends up not having much comfort because they do not have air conditioning and bathroom to shower. However, this detail is well advised by Charlie and the description of the house, so it is not a surprise. Casa with incredible view, we do not suffer from mosquitoes, and has an easy access to the beach (for people who do not have problems with locomotion). Casa very good and I indicate a lot, I will definitely be back.

Very comfortable house, close to the beach. Excellent for those who have pets because it has grass and a large area to make them feel at home. My two little dogs loved it. Safe and accessible location to market, pharmacy and restaurants. Super airy, we didn't even turn on the air-conditioning. I loved the stay.
