Beautiful newly renovated house, 3 large bedrooms, air-con, plenty of space, comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms, huge living room, well equipped kitchen connected to the backyard with a private barbecue grill. It is located inside a small condo with security gate, swimming pool, wifi and parking lot. Amenities are walking distance such as good restaurants, bars, coffee shops and malls. The house is full of greenery around and located walking distance to the beautiful and clean beach.

A large swimming pool is surrounded by tropical palm trees and well-maintained landscaping. Several lounge chairs are positioned around the pool area. A small island with greenery is located in the center of the pool, adding a touch of nature to the tranquil setting.
