Excellent apartment, great choice!

1 bedroom apartment, Complete with warm/cold air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, Smart TV and WI-FI. The ideal space for 2 people can accommodate 4 people with a sofa bed. About 20 km or 25 min of Praia do Cassino, 8 km or 15 min of the Naval Pole, 600 meters or 15 min of the 5th Naval District Command, Refinaria Petróleo Rio Grande and Balsa Travessia São José do Norte Estaleiro Ebr and 1 km or 5 min of the city center, being a great option. Parking outside the Condominium, view photos.

Apartment with large integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom and separate kitchen, has a balcony facing the street with a beautiful view of Tamandaré Square. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and all the necessary appliances for your stay. Parking only in front of the building, very quiet to leave on the street because the reception of the hotel next door is open 24 hours, so there is always movement.

We really liked the place, quiet and very neat. One detail to keep in mind is that cutlery, plates, trays, glasses, saucers or dessert glasses are missing. Everything else was excellent. Thank you.

Lovely apartment by the sea

We spent a few beautiful days in Aline and Fernando's apartment. Upon arrival we found exactly what you see in the photos and everything was super clean. The ocean view and the brightness and the fact that everything was white and shiny inside made it so that when we were there we didn't feel "locked up". I highly recommend this place and if I have the chance to go back to Cassino, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Aline and Fernando for being attentive to our questions and needs upon arrival!!

The property suited us perfectly, in terms of location, because it was what we needed, close to the central area of the city and the place is quiet and safe, because it has a 24-hour concierge. Well-distributed accommodations, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. However, those who want to spend more days and need to wash clothes will need to take them to the laundries near the condominium, as there was no washing machine. Other than that, it met our needs...

We visited Aline's Apt, who welcomed us with impeccable. Everything was very clean. The place is quite far from the casino but none was inconvenient since in 15 minutes by car we were coming and coming twice a day to the beach. Aline was a very friendly 5-star host and her apartment was very comfortable with everything you need to spend a few days.
