It was worth every penny to think of a tasteful and comfortable place, I really felt at home and was very welcome together with my family by the congratulatory hosts.

I had already stayed in another accommodation of the co-host Marcia. So I already knew what to expect. Everything impeccable as always. Extremely clean and organized environment. Very clean bed and bath linens. The house is very well equipped and in a great location. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Apart from the easy access to the condominium. Márcia is a lovely person and is always willing to do her best to make us feel at ease. I'll definitely be back because there's no way to be disappointed.

The house is great, well tidy and clean. The penthouse helps too much, ample space that gives an extra charm to the apartment. Juliene is also a great host, she promptly responded to any needs and welcomed us very well, both at checkin and checkout. The only point for those who want to stay close to the center is that the house is a little further away, and the beach that is nearby is very busy and has no way to use the sea. But for those who are by car this is not a problem, which was my case. Voltaria more often.

For the amount charged, there should be air conditioning, as the penthouse is very hot, the location is excellent, it is close to everything, the only thing that is unpleasant is the noise until dawn with noisy motorcycles that pass on the avenue making maneuvers and speeding and without control. My final assessment is positive, flexible check-in and check-out, and very clean place.

The apartment met the needs of my entire family! There were 6 of us, we spent the long weekend of Good Friday and Tiradentes. Well-located condominium, 15 to 20 minutes from the main beaches. The best part of the apartment is the penthouse, as it is the most spacious and where the barbecue is, it was the place we stayed the most.

Very cozy apartment, we felt at home. Great location for those who want to get to know the region. Easy access to several places such as downtown Rio das Ostras, Búzios and Cabo Frio. Helpful concierge staff, we liked it a lot, we will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation as advertised. Everything clean and organized. The accommodation is not far from the center, and it is possible to go by van or Uber, and if you are willing, you can walk to the nearby beaches. Mr. Jadê was very helpful at all times, answering all our questions and helping us when necessary. Super indico and I will come back more often!

The stay was very good! The description of the house was reliable. It was very clean and organized, the rooms are cozy, the pool was cleaned every day and the kitchen is very well equipped. Luciane was attentive, helpful, gave great directions. If we have another opportunity, we'll stay in the same house.

The stay was quiet, few complications, I suggest the host to send a message before, with some important information like the Wifi of the place, and check the electric part (The one-bedroom shower was not working). Outside all very good and the great location.

More than a stay, an extension of our home! Our family was extremely happy and felt at home. Mrs. Valéria, a sweetheart of a person! The house is simple, quiet, 1 bedroom and large sofa in the living room, everything tidy. In the middle of the beaches, just take the main avenue, which is easy to access, and you can go to all of them. It has everything nearby, supermarket, bakery, beverage distributor, Catholic and Evangelical churches on the same street, you can walk if you want. There's no mess. I really liked it, we'll be back.

Space just like the ad, good location you literally sleep and wake up with the sound of the sea, very quiet condominium without noises at night, the apartment is well equipped with everything you need to cook if you want, in my case I was with 2 babies which was no problem at any time, there is a market, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy and a note there is a Catholic church very close for those who attend as in my case it was wonderful. The doormen are super attentive and polite, Dona Margarida was very welcoming and was always available to provide support if needed. It was very worthwhile. I'll be back for sure.

The location is great, between Rio das Ostras and Búzios, easy to get around, several markets and nearby conveniences. The prayer is 50 meters from the house, the accommodations are complete. my family is I love our season. Aline and husband always very attentive made us very comfortable and with great recommendations.
