Vacation rentals with lake access in Rio das Ostras

I highly indicate the house, he offered everything he promised, local is close to bakery (which is top ) and shops and close to the market "Ataadão" , the beaches very close to tbm, quiet place, the Ju that received me there tbm is a love and was very requested always, we used the site of the barbecue a lot whenever we arrived from the beach rs…. Local is cool(I thought it would die of heat without air) it was very worth the affordable value and the house… it just doesn't have TV anymore as we went for walking was good… just go guys is good ride

Our stay at Camila's place was excellent. When renting the space, it is exclusive to your group, without the need to share it with others. The photos correspond perfectly to the site, and all suites offer sea views. There are 3 suites on the upper floor and 3 on the ground floor, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The property is very organized and has ample space for children to play safely and freely. The householders, Sebastião and Rosana, were extremely attentive and dedicated. Sebastião, in addition to being a great cook , made us feel free to set the menu, preparing delicious meals adapted to our taste. About the location, the sea in front of the property is more agitated, so I recommend walking a little along the waterfront to find quieter areas, ideal for a quiet sea bath. Hope to come back soon!

The house has met expectations and is even better than on the photos. Very spacious, several extra mattresses, everything clean, outside area very good, both to rest and to barbecue and enjoy the pool, the view is beautiful too. The nearby beach is very beautiful but the sea is very busy, who does not know how to swim, I do not recommend entering. A tip is just to be aware of the water in the house, so they don't consume or make food with the tap water, as it is a little dark and smells strong. Despite this, the host left 3 gallons of 20L for us to use and be able to consume, we need to buy just 1 more. We were greeted by Roberto and Carla and were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Because of my hobby I do a lot of hosting, on Airbinb it was the first time and I had a wonderful experience. I've never been so welcomed, such a cozy atmosphere and fantastic hosts. Our stay in the 2025 Carnival period was very quiet. The Marlon space is very quiet, despite being a condominium. The apartment is well airy, as it has windows in all rooms, so it also ceases to have a little privacy because the other units of the condominium have a direct view into the apartment and vice versa. A Black-out curtain or installation of insulfimes on the windows would easily solve this little detail. Outside this served my family very well....we went in 6 people and had space and bed for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with the basic utensils to prepare a meal. The only thing we missed was a way to bake pizza, as we bought at the market and had to improvise to bake the pizza. Therefore, if you are looking for a space in Rio das Ostras to spend a period, I strongly recommend Marlon's space. In front of the shopping mall Rio das Ostras and the Wholesale Market....well located.

Clean, well-organized apartment, with everything working properly. Communication is very fast and responsive. Despite being a little far from the center, it is possible to use Uber, which is not very expensive, and for those who go by car there is a garage too. There is a market and pharmacy option, you can walk, about 3 blocks. Overall, I thought the accommodation was very good.

I loved the stay, Patrícia is an excellent hostess, super requests! The apartment is perfect for one person, cozy, I imagine that for a couple will also be great. What has cooking utensils is for a short stay, as I stayed three months I took my things. Stairway access is a bit steep, it can be tricky for the elderly. The neighborhood is totally residential, safe and quiet, my car was left on the street without any problems, i-maradinho that has underneath is a hand in the wheel, in time of a need. The only one that can be inconvenient, for some people, would be the noise of neighboring dogs. The location is in the region of the ecological reserve, which for me, which I like more deserted and paradisiacal beaches was a dream, natural lagoons and beautiful beach, the beach that leads to the street is of strong sea and has a kiosk, the look is beautiful! Rio das Ostrase surprised me, clean, organized, with very beautiful beaches and nature. Township who is staying will definitely love it.
