Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for a starting point to both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla has nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Lake Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km, an old town center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are home!

If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Brand new compact living apartment of 45 sqm, in the middle of central Åhus. 15-minute walk to the sea, and fantastic environment. The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with Chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. If you want to live in a different home, with a nice feel and nice decor, this is a home for you! Pool is available for use for an additional fee. The pool is available June-August. You have access to a patio with a lounge area and dining table.

A paradise for bird watchers, with just over a mile to Åhus's beautiful beaches. The house may not be rented for private parties. If you rent with pets, we are happy to ask for an extra vacuum before leaving the house. Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden and will be charged!
