Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Welcome to this newly built guesthouse of 28m2. There are 3 beds and a crib (on request) With bike lanes you come to both C4 shopping, Åhus and Kristianstad. In Rinkaby there is a nice breakfast and lunch restaurant with super good brunch on Saturdays. With 12 minutes by car and 27 minutes by bike you can get to the nice beaches in Åhus. C4 shopping, Leo's lekland and JumpYard are 8 minutes away by car. 15 min by car there is also Badriket The buses run almost 24/7.

Sleeping loft with 2 beds and sofa bed on ground level. patio with barbecue. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker,hot plates Pets are welcome, you can also have a horse with you if it is desired for reimbursement. Towel & bed linen are not included, the tenant cleans on departure.

Small apartment in an old half-timbered house just outside the wall of medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

For groups of more than 8 people, we recommend the possibility of renting our second house "Holken", which is located on an adjacent plot to "Sigges". Then 13-15 people can spend time together. Welcome to our charming house with a little garden. The house is in a quiet residential area near the city center. It´s fully equipped and have a lovely living room to relax in. Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house.

Scenic area with forest and valleys very close to many sights including Yangtorp and spared the highest waterfall in a hiking area called Forsakar. About 16 km to the sea with long beaches. Close to Haväng,Brösarps Backar and Kivik's musteri on Österlen as well as a very beautiful nature conservation area with the sea that meets the cliffs.
