The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Gaddens Manor House Wing , 4 bedrooms 4 Bathrooms is the Whole West Wing of a 1920’s Arts and Craft Period House refurbished with modern facilities. The house is set in the New Forest National Park, with an amazing forest and garden location. The grounds, paddocks and woodland extend to 20 acres with great views from every room . Spend your days in a traditional Finnish log cabin with a grass roof. Step outside and be enveloped by rhododendrons and enjoy sitting in front of a fire pit or a BBQ amongst trees and nature. The main room is for sleeping and living with a super-king size bed, table, TV, 2 easy chairs. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Cabin is not fenced in. Adjacent to Ringwood Forest where you will find a cycle trail, Moors Valley Country Park, a golf course and a lake.

It is a truly fantastic base for you to enjoy what the national park has to offer; including walking, bike riding, horse riding, or exploring the beaches of the south coast.

The Stables is a wonderful getaway located in the beautiful village of Burley in the New Forest, next to our family home. It offers a spacious and light open plan living and kitchen area, log burning stove, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, boot room and outside patio area. With direct access on to the open forest right outside the gate, you really are spoilt for choice of beautiful walking trails, cycle routes and bridleways to enjoy the breathtaking National Park.

New Forest cottage by the green

Bramblings is in a magical position, at the edge of Lyndhurst, on the green and just over the cattle grid. It is just a short walk in to Lyndhurst for restaurants, cafes and shopping and there are great walks and cycling direct from the house. Remember to keep the gate shut whenever you are coming and going as the ponies, donkeys and cows are free to meander just outside and they are always keen to help themselves to the greenery in the garden.
