Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ringwood

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

The place is very comfortable and convenient. Roadside parking was super easy and always available. L&K are very gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts. The wine and biscuit and milk in the fridge are really welcoming gifts at the end of a really long travel. Sound proofing of the unit was awesome - did not hear the traffic on the road, nor neighbors talking in the hallway or movements from upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and table ware. It was a luxury to be able to use the coffee machine and milk steamer. Most of all, thank you L&K for providing ample coffee capsules and variety of teas that gave us a good start in the morning!

Fantastic apartment in a well serviced building close to all Box Hill has to offer. Will be staying again.

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. So close to everything, big space and a beautiful view! The stairs to get to the apartment were quickly forgotten when we walked in. Beautiful place and very kind and generous hosts!

Perfect Location & Impeccable Stay! The apartment boasts an unbeatable location with a major shopping mall directly downstairs, offering ultimate convenience for daily needs. The room was exceptionally clean, organized, and hands down the **most well-equipped Airbnb I’ve experienced**—they’ve thought of every detail! We loved our stay at Libby and Rob’s place! Their hospitality was truly wonderful — from the warm fire and the beautiful handmade cakes waiting for us on arrival, to all the thoughtful touches for our 5-year-old daughter. The house itself is beautiful, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. Our daughter especially enjoyed playing the piano — such a lovely bonus! Thank you again for making our stay so special. This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah and Matt’s beautiful cottage near the Yarra Valley. Even though it was raining during our visit, the stunning views from the cottage more than made up for it — it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage was cosy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a clean bathroom, washer and dryer, Netflix, and even a Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. Sarah was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special highlight for my son was getting to meet their adorable family pony, Little Penny — such a sweet touch that made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciated the tranquility of the surroundings and would highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Yana is the best Airbnb host I met so far. She is so friendly and helpful. Her house is extremely tidy and clean. The house locates at cul-sa-sec, so it is very quiet and we can sleep very well at night. I highly recommend this house for anyone who visit melb. Although it is a bit far from CBD, it is close to the Yarra valley and Mt Dangenong which are worth visiting. 😚

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Vincent's place was great for our girls birthday weekend. The place was lovely and clean and in the perfect position to see Melbourne city.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
