Bottom drawer has main pots, saucepans etc. The two cabinets to the right have a rice cooker, toaster oven, etc. On the countertop you'll find a convection/ microwave oven. Please use the provided plastic splatter cover when using the microwave option. The coffee maker is to the right of this. LIVING /DINING - MODERN conveniences: 55 inch Smart TV, 1 small outdoor Bluetooth speaker, 1 indoor Bluetooth speaker, a charging station with multiple outlets, an international outlet converter, a wireless color printer, an emergency WiFi hot spot device, an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. DINING; Large oval dining table can accommodate 4 people comfortably. 2 matching chairs are located at the bedroom desk/ work station. LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching tv. The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. BALCONY; 2 chairs and convertible table are located outside. 2 matching chairs are in living room for versatility and to accommodate 4 guests on the balcony. What a fantastic airbnb! Once we arrived, there were clear instructions to getting inside and Ian left a plethora of local recommendations. There is an AC unit in both the living room and bedroom, which are very powerful. The shower had strong water pressure and the drawers were stocked with necessary item's; cotton balls, extra toothbrushes, disposable razors, aloe. There were nice beach chairs and snorkeling gear to make heading to the beach a breeze. There are ocean views from the back porch and living room windows. We stayed for one month and would definitely book again!

J's place was well situated between the beaches and town center. We could walk almost everywhere. We LOVED how quiet it was after traveling around PR, which can get pretty loud. his place was very clean and spacious too.

Perfect stay, 100% recommended! The experience at this Airbnb was excellent from start to finish. The property was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal: safe, quiet, next to the beach, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and points of interest. Parking was always accessible. Also, check-in was very easy thanks to the host's clear instructions. What really made the difference was the host's attention: always available, friendly and attentive to every detail. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

This home is absolutely magical. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing location right on the beach. The back sun room and deck are the perfect place to spend your vacation. The home is a short drive to many great restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to return.

We loved being right next to the water, it was so easy to go for a morning swim everyday. The house was clean and the beds were super comphy. The location was great, you can walk over to the boat ramp area ( has some restaurants) via the beach, or walk (a bit further the opposite direction) to the square.

Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb . From the views to the details , the location and more . If you are thinking about booking this Airbnb DO IT ! Pool is a perfect temperature and deep . They have life vests and floats and everything you would need for a perfect beach day . Coconut ice cream is a 5 minute walk and we definitely recommend going and walking by the beach .

Amazing. Pictures don't do the house and pool justice! Pool and backyard are like a private oasis. House is large and well equipped. Location is great. Walkable beach and groceries and a million other things.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Menta. It’s at a great location, quiet and calming but close to the busyness and fun of Rincon. It was nice to know there was everything we could need: coffee, towels, bug spray, TVs for the kids. We loved the back porch and the gated front yard. Something to note: we (and our three young kids) were all woken up both nights at 4 AM by the caged rooster in the neighbors backyard. He crowed for atleast half an hour if not an hour.

Allison's house was amazing. It was bigger than it even looked in the pictures and the backyard was our favorite place to hang out. It was very private and the pool was amazing. My daughter loved the waterfalls into the pool. The beaches and restuarants were right down the road and the main town Square was a very short drive away. Our hot water was not working 1 day and a maintenance person was there not long after to fix it. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for families with a lot of activities and games throughout the property.

This is a beautiful pristine home inside and out with everything you need to have a relaxing stay.We got a tour of the home when we arrived we felt at home the beds are very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. We did get lost getting to the property but the host was available and took the call we made to him and he guided us by phone to the home. There are horses up the road that my grandson and family enjoyed feeding. There is a restaurant very close to the home that we ate at it has outside seating and good food. I would definetly stay at this home again

We loved Arlene's place for the good beds, and the large kitchen as well as the convenient location. Yes, its got a few issues that we needed to deal with such as the surprise of not being able to flush the toilet paper and the fact that there is not hot water on the sink area, but that a cultural difference that I can be easily overlooked with so many other pluses! She was so responsive and provided missing kitchen items immediately when asked. I love the flow of the house and go great sleep there. The roosters and the barking dogs are a given here. Yes, do stay here! It is great!

We had the best stay at Christian’s condo. The location couldn’t have been better. There were food trucks perfect for breakfast across the street, the town square was a 8 minute walk, Steps and Domes are a 5 minute drive and the Marina was only a 3 minute drive. Christian was incredibly responsive to every message I had sent. The condo was spotless! The balcony was set up with tables and chairs which was a great way to watch the sunrise and start the day. Christian’s condo had everything we needed and more for a great beach trip: umbrellas, chairs, foam boards, Sand toys, pool noodles, beach towels, and a cooler. Bedrooms had plenty of pillows and extra blankets, and the bed was very comfortable. The air condition and fans worked perfected and kept the condo cool and comfortable. We will 1000% stay at Christian’s condo for all of our future trips to Rincon! Thank you again Christian for the beautiful memories we created.

This small but cozy apartment in the town of Rincón was an absolute gem. The view of the beach and the Caribbean Sea is simply breathtaking, and watching the sunset from the window was a magical experience every evening. The place had everything my partner and I needed: beach gear, TV, a comfortable lounging area, and a balcony overlooking a double pool with chairs, showers, gazebos, and restrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for preparing our favorite meals together. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully arranged. You can really feel the care and attention from the host, Frank, and his team, who guided us every step of the way to make our stay smooth and memorable. Highly recommended! I would definitely love to stay here again.
