Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb perched atop a mountain, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking views took our breath away. It felt like we were on top of the world. Every morning, we woke up to panoramic vistas that changed with the light, offering us a new masterpiece to admire each day. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Ben clearly takes pride in his property, as every corner was spotless and inviting. The decor was cozy, making it the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. One of the highlights of our stay was the attentive support we received from Ben and his crew. During a power outage, they were incredibly responsive, checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. It was comforting to know that they were just a message away, ready to assist if we needed help navigating the situation. Their genuine concern for our comfort made all the difference.

My family and I have been visiting Rincón for almost 20 years. Up until last year, we had our own place to stay. So while Rincón isn’t new to us, staying in an Airbnb is. Juan’s check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The AC in all rooms works great. The beds are comfy, and the house was clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The internet is strong enough for streaming. There’s a washer and dryer, and the fridge has an ice maker! The pool is just steps from the front door, and most times we had it to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The full-time and seasonal neighbors we met were very friendly. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to Marina Beach, downtown is walkable, and the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve path is nearby. A couple days, we didn’t even use our car. Many of Juan’s food recommendations matched our own, which was great to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Juan’s house was perfect for our vacation, it was a comfortable place to rest between our beautiful days horseback riding, enjoying the beach and taking in all that Rincon had to offer. We stayed in the same neighborhood last year on vacation, and it is a wonderful quiet neighborhood I would recommend to any family. We live the culture and natural beauty of the area and Juan’s house was a perfect place to enjoy it

Allison's house was amazing. It was bigger than it even looked in the pictures and the backyard was our favorite place to hang out. It was very private and the pool was amazing. My daughter loved the waterfalls into the pool. The beaches and restuarants were right down the road and the main town Square was a very short drive away. Our hot water was not working 1 day and a maintenance person was there not long after to fix it. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for families with a lot of activities and games throughout the property.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Menta. It’s at a great location, quiet and calming but close to the busyness and fun of Rincon. It was nice to know there was everything we could need: coffee, towels, bug spray, TVs for the kids. We loved the back porch and the gated front yard. Something to note: we (and our three young kids) were all woken up both nights at 4 AM by the caged rooster in the neighbors backyard. He crowed for atleast half an hour if not an hour.

Quiet neighborhood and good location.

Yaneira's villa on the beach is a paradise. The accommodations, balcony and pool were amazing. The pelicans, private beach and coral reef were an extra special surprise. Bring your snorkeling gear, it is worth it!

Cristina has an absolutely amazing property in an incredibly beautiful location. We had everything we needed right there in the house and then some. Everyone in my group agreed it was worth every single penny to enjoy a weekend in Rincón. Cristina as a host was also exceptional. Responded quickly when I was struggling to find the lockbox, and gave us easy and clear checkout instructions when it was unfortunately time to head out. 5 stars all the way through!

We want to thank Yarieli from the bottom of our hearts for her excellent communication and flexibility with the check-in and checkout of our stay. We had fun in the pool and making marshmallows at the campfire. The place was clean and all the equipment to prepare the grill was visible. We were kept company by two kittens whom we called Tom and Tim in reference to the place

Perfect place for the weekend getaway! Loved everything about the location, the place was clean and comfortable! Great option for my little dog, easy to maintain and the location was close to everything! Definitely will return!

Really beautiful place, just as shown or better than the pictures. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, pool and deck area were perfect. Our family of four loved it and would definitely return.

Great place to disconnect and have a good time! Natasha was extraordinary. She gave us flexibility at check-in and check-out, and always communicated quickly and effectively. I recommend this place without a doubt to anyone who wants to visit Rincon.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Rosado Properties, everything was excellent.

Exactly as pictured, perfect privacy in the mountains. We loved coming back here after a day at the beach to cook or have lazy mornings sitting outside with coffee. As others have mentioned, the remote location does come with narrow winding dark roads but it’s less than 10 mins of the side roads from the beaches/downtown Rincon. Everything was great, would stay again.

As advertised or even better. This little place offers a very authentic Puerto Rico experience. If you're seeking an ice cold room with a big screen tv, look elsewhere. If you crave simplicity and proximity to the natural beauty, this is your place. The view on the patio is amazing. I could never tire of breakfast with that sunrise view. Alex, the host, is very responsive and very kind.

Perfect stay, 100% recommended! The experience at this Airbnb was excellent from start to finish. The property was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal: safe, quiet, next to the beach, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and points of interest. Parking was always accessible. Also, check-in was very easy thanks to the host's clear instructions. What really made the difference was the host's attention: always available, friendly and attentive to every detail. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

We loved our stay. The unit was exactly as described. The host send us a link with a ton of information and places to visit which we found so helpful. The location is a short drive to shops and restaurants in Ricon. The neighborhood was quiet and not far from a beach (although the surf was too rough to swim). We stayed a few places during our time in PR and this was by far our favorite. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Eileen!
