Very good location, central, restaurants a few steps away, if you like the party, you have the bars just nearby, the accommodation is just like the description and the photos. Bella is always attentive to what was needed and in constant communion.

What a great host Erick is -- responsive and kind. I loved the little 'pep talk' notes all around the room. Yes it's a loud location, but earplugs (wax for swimming) do the trick (as well as with my snoring partner). I felt well cared for.

The place is extremely clean and beautiful.

As a single woman traveler, just coming in for a few days, wanting to get to know the area, this studio was sweet, Marisol was warm and responsive, and it was located near all the quaint wonderful restaurants in the area. At night it was quiet. I felt very safe. The apartment is simple, no frills and on the second floor (walk up). I would definitely return.

Miguel's place is nicely located in a quiet part of Alta Vista. The surrounding greenery adds to the charm of its location. The property is comfortable and well equipped with lots of space. The jewel is the private pool and lounging area which is perfect for relaxing on a hot afternoon. Although the last block up to the house is a steep climb/drive, it's close to numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities. Miguel was very helpful and responded to any questions we had and also worked quickly to resolve an issue with the AC. Highly recommended for travellers who appreciate the vibe of the old town and Zona Romantica.

Great location, it's the same as the photos shared, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! At the reception they treated us quite well We will definitely be back!!!

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

Thank you big! Margaret and her staff were amazing! Carmen was delightful and made sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was an extra special touch. We celebrated a 70th birthday and she decorated and had a cake ready as an added surprise. Bonus tip...her cooking was WONDERFUL! Highly recommend you stay in and have her treat to you with a good home cooked meal! Great communication from the very beginning with Margaret with fast response time. We love visiting PV and will definitely keep Margaret and this listing in mind when we come to visit again!

The place is very private and quiet, the truth is that it is very cozy and has everything you need to have an excellent vacation, we are sure to return soon

Miguel was always attentive to the chat and responded quickly. Vero is the most. Pending everything, keep everything clean. Towels always smelled clean. The building is very nice, with lots of pools, restaurants, and bars. The beautiful beach.

The apartment is located 2 minutes from Soriana, which is very convenient, it is 15 minutes from the beach, and the place is very quiet and safe, The photos match the place, everything is very nice and very clean, we arrived a little early and we were able to enter without any problems, Vania was very kind :) it is also a 10-minute walk from the airport, that's great!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Even with just the two of us, having two bathrooms was a great convenience. The location is unbeatable and very close to everything we needed, with great food, shops, and attractions nearby. We also enjoyed and loved the two balconies with amazing views that were perfect for relaxing in the morning or winding down in the evening. Another highlight was the easy access to the pool, which was just steps away on the same floor. Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!
