Site vraiment spectaculaire. Ce logement se situe au sous-sol.Une grande fenêtre dans la cuisine donne de la luminosité mais pas la vue sur le fleuve. Vous pouvez par contre sortir dans la cour et avoir accès direct à une grande promenade et y faire de longue marche sur le bord de l'eau . Proche de beaucoup d'activités (jardin,musée, randonnée, ski).Nous sommes sur la route des arts, beaucoup de galerie d'arts, quelques resto et bistro et une brasserie artisanale.(no304573)

You will be a 2-minute walk from the school park, a 5-minute walk from the hospital center, the Premier Tech center and Lafontaine Street (Bars, restaurants, etc.). The apartment is on the second floor which gives you a beautiful view of the river and the city of Rivière-du-Loup. I am the owner-occupant of this Duplex, so easily reachable. Max people: 1 queen bed and 1 single bed or crib.
