Really spectacular site. This accommodation is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides light but not a view of the river. You can, however, go out into the yard and have direct access to a long walk along the waterfront. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing). Accommodation perfectly as described, pretty, very clean. Our host quickly gave us the key access codes which is very reassuring during a roadtrip stay, they were available in case of questions and the accommodation was well equipped. Only downside for us, too much light in the room with the window despite the blind and the blind slammed because of the wind, otherwise everything was fine, thank you very much!:)

We had a wonderful week at Dany's. The interior of the chalet is very beautiful and well maintained. It is super well-equipped and you immediately feel at home (bonus points for the professional waffle maker :P). The view of the river is breathtaking and the sunsets can be enjoyed from anywhere in or outside the house. The light is very beautiful at all times. A magical place to relax to the rhythm of the tides. Close access to the small pebble beach is an asset for walks. The neighborhood is quiet despite the passage of the 132 nearby and the slightly industrialized area with the city not far away. Dany was a great host, always available and proactive. Thanks again for everything, we'll come back if we're in Gaspésie.
