Ultra clean place! Small, but everything is there. Perfect for two people. Although the accommodation is on a busy road, it is very quiet. Located in the back of the building, you can't hear the traffic. We recommend it!

We are on our 6th stay at Côté Urbain, which shows how much we appreciate the place. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for cleanliness, amenities and communication with Sonia. We'll probably go back this fall to visit the family.

Very clean accommodation, well-equipped with a beautiful view of the river. We recommend this accommodation which is quite close by car to the boarding places for whale cruises, and the Hautes Gorges National Park. Hosts are very responsive and have great tips. The gym is a plus.

The space was great, getting to the arena in Rimouski was great as well.

Dan was a great host. Always responsive and friendly and allowed me to check in early. The woman who cleans the apartment even brought me dinner on Christmas Day. The locals are great people and I felt right at home.

Clean and easy to find everything was in order and it was quiet… close to everything … overall it was nice

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment in Madawaska Me. It had everything that you could possibly need, including a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment was very clean and is in great condition. It has a work area/desk off to the side of the bedroom which my husband was able to work at comfortably. We took some nice walks around town- it has a few restaurants, a Tim Hortons and a Tastee freeze within walking distance. It was very quiet. Alex was very easy to reach with just a few questions I had- he answered right away. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Madawaska.

Brigitte's apartment is nice and large. Lots of things are available and there are plenty of small touches from Brigitte. I would recommned this property

Overall we had a nice stay. The place was true to the photos. The small downside is the proximity to a busy road and the place was a little dark.

Excellent and pleasant stay

Excellent location in Matane (above Centre de santé NutriKin) and stunning views of the water. Marie-Eve’s place is beautiful and includes all the amenities one can need for a stay. The private deck and seating is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunsets. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at sharon’s place! We were originally planning to stay for just one night as part of our travels, but as soon as we arrived, we felt so comfortable and welcomed that we decided to extend our stay. The home is cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained — it had everything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful, and sharon was kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’re so glad we found this spot and would definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommended!
