Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Electric car charging can be provided for a fee. The charger is a Type 2 and is at 11 KWh. Perfect accommodation for those who want proximity to Stockholm, Uppsala, Norrtälje and Kapellskär harbor. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Fina skogar utanför huset att ströva i eller för bär och svampplockning. På vår lilla gård finns hästar i hagar utanför och flera katter. Vi har ingen städavgift inkluderad vid bokningen men du förväntas lämna boendet städat. Utebliven städning kan debiteras i efterhand med 50 euro.
