Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Newly renovated apartment on the ground floor of our house with its own entrance. Here you have two bedrooms, kitchen with open floor plan to dining area & living room. Large bathroom with all the comforts. Outside the door you have your own terrace overlooking lush meadows & Rö lake. Bus connections are within 500 meters. Electric car charging can be provided for a fee. The charger is a Type 2 and is 11 KWh. Perfect accommodation for those who want proximity to Stockholm, Uppsala, Norrtälje and Kapellskär's harbor. Welcome to stay in this newly renovated archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Large plot overlooking fields, walking paths, nice bike paths and swing for the children. Perfect if you travel via Kapellskär as sheets and towels are included. We can also pick you up at the Rösa bus stop for a small additional charge. Our nice dog Bamse and our children are playing on the property. The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.
