Welcome to ’B ’t Oale Spoor,’ located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with a private garden, living room, kitchenette with pantry, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with a double bed, loft bedroom with 2 beds above the kitchen, and 1 bed in the mezzanine bedroom. Our vacation home is suitable for up to 4 adults, the bunk bed is only for children. Please do not book with more than 4 adults. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

This unique pool house is in the middle of the heart of Borne. You can enjoy various wellness opportunities. You can enjoy your peace and tranquility in a woody area. In addition, Borne city center is steps away. The swimming pool house is 500 m2 large and has a terrace of 250 m2, two bedrooms, bathroom, sauna, steam sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, rain shower, professional solarium, laundry facilities, kitchen, refrigerator, spacious living room, gas and charcoal grill.

Natuurcabin

The Nature Cabin is on the edge of a 4,000 m2 private forest. Via a private access path of 100 meters, you can reach the detached cottage, which overlooks meadows and cornfields. The location is very special partly because the cottage is so free. The 42 m2 cabin is a unique design and made of untreated Oregon Pine. It features a Jotul wood stove, complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a dinner booth with a view all around.

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.

This unique accommodation is in the middle of the Borkeld nature reserve, where you can follow beautiful hiking and biking routes. Several MTB mountain bike routes are close by. In this guest house, you have your own cooking facilities, spacious sanitary facilities and a lovely double bed. Optional: breakfast is available on request.

You have access to a cooking unit, sitting/sleeping area, a sauna, fireplace and a private seating area in the garden, surrounded by a number of fruit trees. Although our apartment is in the middle of the city center, you will experience an oasis of peace. In consultation, it is possible to have cooking or breakfast provided for you.
