Beautiful single-family house in country house style from the 50s with wonderful privacy is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Anif (approx. 6 km from the city of Salzburg). The house with spacious rooms and the charming garden scores with numerous extras that make a stay unforgettable: including a sauna in the basement to relax, a magical swimming pond that invites you to swim between May and September, the delightful bathhouse and a lovely glazed veranda with a large dining table.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Die moderne Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg/Anif. Sie bietet mit 72 m2 genug Platz für 4 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Unser gemütliches, neu renoviertes Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit eigenem Eingang in Hallein. Es bietet eine Wohnfläche von 150 m² und somit Platz für Gruppen oder Familien bis zu 8 Personen. Das Haus liegt 4km von Hallein und nur 7 km von der Festspielstadt Salzburg entfernt und ist von der naheliegenden Bushaltestelle ( 400m ) schnell erreichbar. Für Sportler Sportzentrum Rif ist 2km vom Haus entfernt Parkplätze für ihre Autos, stehen ihnen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Puch bei Hallein ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen Trip in die Stadt Salzburg, das Salzburger Seengebiet und die Berge im Salzburger Land für Wanderungen und im Winter zum Skifahren. Hinter dem Haus kann man auch direkt in den Wald und die lokalen Berge wie Almerberg, Mühlstein und Eberstein starten.

Garconniere in private house

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.
