Wir freuen uns Euch als Gäste in unserer 1-Zimmerwohnung am Waldrand begrüßen zu dürfen. Die kleine Wohnung Waldeck hat eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, eine Essecke mit TV, ein 1,80 m breites Boxspringbett und eine Dusche mit WC. WLAN steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Hauseingang ist ebenerdig, dann geht man eine Treppe hinunter. Die Fewo, mit einer 18 qm großen Terrasse und Sitzmöbel, liegt dann auch ebenerdig, da unser Haus am Hang liegt. Die Kurtaxe kommt zum Endpreis noch dazu.

Wir, eine 4-köpfige Familie aus Garmisch würden sie sehr gerne in unserem Ferienhaus als unsere Gäste herzlich Willkommen heißen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohn/Essbereich mit Schlafsofa und Flat-TV, einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit großem Kleiderschrank, komplett eingerichtete Küche, Flur mit Garderobe und einem tollen Bad in dem sie beim Duschen den Blick auf freien Himmel und die Berge haben. Vom Balkon kann man bei einem Gläschen Wein das Alpenpanorama genießen.

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Diese Altbauwohnung wurde von mir frisch und liebevoll renoviert und bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Ausblick mit Südbalkon. Ich bin mir sicher, Sie werden meine Heimat lieben wie ich. Wanderungen oder Radtouren können direkt vor der Haustür starten, und auch die Skipisten sind nur eine große Wiese entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix und schnelles WLAN.

Wir hatten einen so wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Marita. Die Wohnung ist total gemütlich, blitzsauber und es ist alles da was man braucht und noch mehr. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ein Highlight ist der tolle Balkon der einmal um die ganze Wohnung führt. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön. Wir hatten ein Traumwetter und somit einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Der Ort ist total schön und die Menschen alle sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen kleinen Dorfladen, eine Eisdiele, Apotheke und mehrere Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar. Der Gang in das Dorf ist schon fantastisch, weil man umgeben von Bergen immer wieder staunen muss. Unsere Kinder (6&10) haben den Spielplatz geliebt der gleich um die Ecke ist. Es gibt einen minikleinen Wasserfall und tolle Klettermöglichkeiten. Man kann von der Wohnung aus mehrere schöne Wanderungen starten, aber die Umgebung hat auch sehr viel zu bieten. Wir haben in den 10 Tagen noch lange nicht alles gesehen und möchten unbedingt wiederkommen. DANKE😍

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super geeignet für eine Aufenthalt in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Durch die sehr zentrale Lage ist jede Gegend der Stadt (und vor allem der Bahnhof) super schnell und gut zu erreichen. Alles ist sauber und die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns auch der Ausblick direkt auf die Berge gefallen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, alles entsprach der Beschreibung zu 100% und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, besonders weil die Gastgeberinnen uns immer das Gefühl gaben willkommen zu sein. Sie waren wahnsinnig herzlich und immer für einen da, sodass wir diese Ferienwohnung nur an jeden weiterempfehlen und gerne wiederkommen werden. Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral und man konnte von dort aus zu Fuß Unternehmungen in den Ortskern von Garmisch und auch Partenkirchen machen sowie auch viele Spaziergänge und Wanderungen zu den nahegelegenen Seen, Hütten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Als Gäste gekommen und als Freunde gegangen.
