Both lakes can be reached within 10–15 minutes by bike. Fully equipped kitchen. Local village shop within walking distance. This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

It is located on the edge of the Nördlinger Ries in the state-approved climatic health resort of Riesbürg-Utzmemmingen in a quiet residential area.
