A Perfect Nature Retreat! What a lively and unforgettable hideaway! We had an amazing stay at this cosy shepherd’s hut by the lake. The views were absolutely stunning, and the peaceful, romantic atmosphere made it feel like a true escape from the world. We’re a couple traveling on motorbikes, and from the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Not only were we looked after, but even our bikes were given thoughtful attention and care. It was clear the hosts genuinely go the extra mile. Communication was easy, and the owners were friendly and accommodating, it really made the whole experience feel personal and special. Ideal base for walking in the Purbecks. We felt right at home and the field out the front was perfect for early morning walks with our collie. Great walk into Wareham too. Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen.

Just had a super week staying in Andy's Cottage in Wareham which was perfectly placed for exploring this pretty town and stunning areas of Dorset. We were greeted with a lovely welcome hamper which was very much appreciated and full of delicious local produce - thank you Andy. The separate cabin in the garden was ideal to relax in and well equipped with reading matter and IT equipment. The cottage is a 5 minute pleasant stroll into the town centre where there was a wealth of shops and eating places. Would highly recommend.
