Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Richland County

We enjoyed our stay, home was nice and clean. Owner made sure to think of the details. Owner was responsive to messages. I tried to make sure all the towels we clean and dishes before we left, made sure we left their home nice and neat. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing we didn’t appreciate was on the day of checkout we were woken up at 8:30 am to the sound of the lawn mower in the yard. We wanted to sleep in, and would have left at the given check out time. However we left by 9:30am due to all the noise. We would have just appreciated being left alone until the check out time.

Wonderful, very responsive couple with a beautiful home! We rode into town for a motorcycle show at the Reformatory and it turned out to be a great weekend. They allowed us to park our bikes in the garage which gave us extra peace of mind!

A little piece of heaven! What a beautiful and peaceful place! Our little family enjoyed our stay there. For the first time in my life I saw fireflies, green lantern glowing bugs and a beautiful strawberry full moon! What a blessing it is to see God revealed through his beautiful creation. It was such a unique home and such a pleasure staying there! The HotTub was great and perfect with the fire pit on the cool nights. It was so peaceful and fun.

Homey place to stay. Very clean and well-stocked with extras (coffee, tea, shampoo, soap etc.) A quiet neighborhood near a park.

It’s a great place to stay. Everything is pretty clean and quiet. The back outdoor space is nice for a small group/family gatherings. The only even close to real complaint we had with the beds were a bit firm, but that’s purely our opinion. All in all we had a great time staying here and would highly recommend it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we all arrived, everything was perfect. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with all the little touches that make you feel at home. The bed was super comfortable (to be husband) very firm which he loves, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space was spotless. Joe was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, we needed a bit more time for check out and he accommodated it for us without hesitation. The whole experience stress-free. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and close to everything I wanted to see and do. The outdoor patio was a extra touch that was perfectly set up! The interior atmosphere was so cool, from the basketball net, to the dart board, all the games, and the extra cool scoreboards! (Go check it out) Defiantly would recommend anyone to stay here!!

The place was sweet and surprisingly roomy. Easy walk to all of Oberlin. Willie the host was friendly and responsive. The wireless was down for a little while and he called his internet service immediately. Not only was the problem solved, but Willie gave me a partial refund before I asked. I will stay here again!

My family and I decided to take a last minute trip to Mohican State Forest. Luckily, Sam’s place was available. It’s private and quiet; yet walkable to downtown Loudonville and other restaurants and activities. Decorated perfectly and made us feel so at home. Will definitely come back in the future! Terri and Graham were extremely friendly and accommodating hosts. They proactively communicated with us and ensured we had everything we needed. Terri was also so kind as to give us a tour of her property and it is evident how compassionate and knowledgeable she is about farm and livestock care. The apartment itself was adorable, well decorated and equipped and was in a safe and secure location. We would 100% stay at this property again and we thank Graham and Terri for their hospitality!

Another great stay at Linda’s place! Truly the perfect location for spending the weekend at Oberlin college. We were in town for commencement and felt so fortunate to be able to return to Linda’s place for midday reprieves or for a nightcap with fellow parents. A delightful and comfortable stay for a wonderful weekend!

Mid Ohio Gems Sapphire is clean and spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Adam is friendly, professional, and diligent, with excellent communication skills. An excellent place to stay in Mansfield, one we will definitely return to.

Patti was an exceptional host. Not only is her place beautiful, comfortable, and spotless - it gives a feel of being at home. The comfort level here is beyond expectation. The place is neatly decorated leaving guests with a feel of special touches. Patti doesn’t just hosts a space to stay- she creates an atmosphere of comfort providing all the things needed to relax and be refreshed each day. The grounds are also beautiful and the area is quiet and country. She went above and beyond for our family when circumstances landed my husband in the hospital. She was caring and hospitable. Throughout our weeklong stay, she continued to check into see if we needed anything or if she could help us in any way possible. Im thankful She was our host when times were very stressful for us. The support offered goes above and beyond what was expected. We definitely recommend her to anyone staying in the area.

These cabins are roomy and comfortable. Obviously we’ll taken care of. Perfect for families. We will be back!!!

Matt’s place was awesome. The 3 bedroom/2 bath place was so roomy and nice to have after cramped hotel rooms. The location is so quiet that we had two wonderful nights’ sleep. We plan to use again when in the area. About 13 minutes drive to Kenyon College.

Great place to stay for Kenyon College families. Not too far from campus.

This condo was a really nice option for Kenyon families - close by, good parking, well-stocked kitchen, extremely clean. Playground for young kids was a definite bonus!

Matt was wonderful. I had a lot of special requests due to the special occasion of my daughter’s graduation. Matt and his team were 100% responsive. It was a great trip.

Perfect Host and home. When you walk in you can feel the peace and comfort. We all slept peacefully. The trundle bed was able to pull out all the way if you’d rather the 4th guest sleep separately. The host was punctually responsive to any questions I had. Everything that we needed for our stay was in the home. I would definitely recommend and book again.
