This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Please give us at least 24 hours notice, as we both work full time.

There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor BR and bathroom access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked room used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.

Welcome to "Hickory Dickory Doc's" cabin. Doctor Charles Curtis, aka "Doc", was a family physician in Bellville, OH, for nearly half a century. The cabin, surrounded by beautiful hickory trees, overlooks the scenic Clear Fork river and is uniquely decorated. It sleeps 13, has two spiral staircases, a gas fireplace, a 7 person hot tub, beautiful deck, an outdoor fire pit and much more. It's truly a magical place. Charles & Francis Bowman Estate

Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Charles and Francis Bowman Estate, located in rural Mansfield. This large historical Italianate farmhouse built in 1825, has room for large groups, boasting 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths.
