We loved the stay, the house is beautiful and was super organized to welcome us, the place is quiet and very beautiful, the host Éder was also super helpful, explained everything in detail without leaving any doubt, I highly recommend it and would go again!!!

Undoubtedly, the highlight is the friendliness of Miriam and her husband, who checked us in. The house is new and this is a differential for me, with furniture and fixtures in good working order. The 3 double beds and the single mattress accommodated us very well. We went as a group of 7 and had a large space that allowed us to get along well. We went in May and didn't feel the need for air conditioning or a fan. There is a 7-minute walk to "Delícias de seu Juca" that sells grilled food and right after that the "SuperÚtil" convenience store with basic items. The condominium is on a single street, which makes the place quiet and even safer. In order to contribute to making the stay even better, I suggest adding one or two pots a little larger than the one there, we went in a group of 7 to cook for a week, but that did not prevent us from having a good stay. I recommend and would be back for sure.

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

Great option! The property fully matches the listing. When we arrived, the care with cleanliness was noticeable, especially in the bathrooms. Quality linens and utensils available. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The property is in a residential area, with a controlled flow of people and vehicles, without any inconvenience from noise and other excesses. I recommend hosting!!

All set as advertised. We had unforeseen events that were quickly resolved. You can walk to the HRT / Anchieta / forum. I'll be back if you need me.

Ygna was great, extremely attentive, and helped us with directions to restaurants and tourist attractions. Ygna is very polite, everything was clean, fragrant and tidy. The bed and bath linens are very clean and of high quality. We also provide amenities, such as moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner and quality makeup remover. We even had repellent for our use. I really liked everything, Ygna is to be congratulated

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and super well located in Águas Claras. Staying inside the mall was an incredible differential – we had restaurants, cafes and shops at our disposal all the time. The building is charming, and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. Suzy welcomed us with great care, always attentive and helpful. Note 10! I highly recommend it!

I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in the day you arrive and check in. The Ofuro is paid but it is very warm and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

My family's stay was wonderful. Jefferson, who was the co-host that welcomed us, is a very polite and helpful person, always helpful and concerned about offering a great guest experience. The place is very cozy, with a beautiful orchard full of fruit, quiet and very quiet, and the accommodation completely met my and my family's needs.

Although it is located in a rural area, the airport is nearby, so the noise from the planes is very inconvenient. But the property is really cool, it has rabbits, chickens, dogs, cats and an incredible sunset view, the house looks like an American cabin, it's good to bring bedding, he doesn't provide it and it's cold at night...

The building has a gym, affordable laundry, a court and a pool. There is also a mini-market inside the condominium. The doormen are kind and helpful. Host: has perfect communication, responding promptly to any demand. The instructions are clear, but if you have any questions, communication remains effective at all times. I intend to return to the unit on my next visits to the region. I highly recommend it.
