The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach of Penrhyn Bay in a residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme and the North Wales Coastal Walk path. A great base for exploring North Wales, or chilling locally.

This lovely newly decorated 3 bedroom house is perfect for families and is only a 10 min walk to rhos on sea beach and village. The village has plenty of shops and restaurants, and is a great base to explore the surrounding area. This house has a secure back garden, ideal for small children and dogs. Our cottage is situated on the Great Orme, Llandudno. The views are simply stunning: overlooking Conwy bay along the coast to Anglesey. It is situated on a quiet, child friendly road, with easy access to the pathways that go round the entire peninsula. Slightly further afield you’ll find yourself in an excellent location to explore: historic Conwy, Snowdonia and Anglesey
