It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. Access to the owner's pool and garden, shared with five other peaceful accommodations. An intimate experience in the heart of the village. The house is not accessible by car. You can park in the free public parking lot in the village square or just around it, a one-minute walk away.

The dressing room is a penthouse apartment, rooftop with upscale amenities. You can enjoy 60 m2 for up to 2 people, with a queen-size double bed. Comfort and tradition: exposed beams, air conditioning, fiber-optic internet and a range of TV channels, fully equipped kitchen, carefully selected décor, art exhibition, terrace, balcony, private parking for an additional fee.
