Looking for a quiet place to recharge, disconnect from everyday life, the "La Chaume" attic is the perfect place. Relaxation assured in a relaxing place in the mountains in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park. 5 min walk to the village "Shops" Ideally located for hiking (Chartreuse Traverse), cycling, fishing, skiing, snowshoeing Between 5 and 15 min drive to the different ski resorts. 30 minutes from Chambéry and 1 hour from Annecy.

Old renovated milk cellar,in a secluded site,no neighbors. La Montagnette is 4km from the village of Saint Jean de Belleville,It consists of a single main room with mezzanine. A dining area with high table,a sofa area and a bathroom is located on the lower part. The floor on the mezzanine is the sleeping area with two large beds or 1 queen beds with two small beds(90/160). Also a boat net that can serve as a hammock for reading and chill.

A small house with its covered Jacuzzi

It is a 16 m2 hut with sofa bed (160/200 cm) with shower room and toilet. An outdoor kitchen with sink and Weber gas barbecue available from mid-March to mid-October. Towels and bed linen included. Access to the Jacuzzi is available during your stay. 🌙 Our little paradise loses some of its tranquility after dark, lulled by the festive echoes from Excenevex beach and the campsite, which dance in the air until midnight.

Here you can fully enjoy nature, its very rich flora, its very diverse fauna and magnificent starry skies. The site includes a sleeping trailer with a new mattress, dining area, campfire area, bathroom area and dry toilet.
