Therefore, we would like to specifically point out here that no parties or music are allowed in the outdoor area. Quietly located yet very central. 5 minutes from the Kirchheimer Dreieck, nestled in a small valley, is an idyllic place of tranquility. Relax in the hot tub, recharge your batteries in the in-house sauna cube or splash around in the lake in the sunshine. In Kirchheim you get everything for your physical well-being.

The cottage was newly renovated & stylishly furnished in 2022 and is located in the middle of the Haselbach holiday park. On beautiful days, you can look forward to a view from the house up to 100 km into the distance - in any case, here you have a great view of the Kreuzberg - exit "Kanonenrohr". You also have direct view of the Kreuzbergschanze from our terrace. (Skisprungschanze Kreuzberg- Haselbach) and a footpath of about 15 minutes leads directly there.

Elderflower House

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

Lovingly renovated farmhouse Rhön/Kaltenwestheim

The 125-year-old farmhouse is located at about 500 m in a very quiet location in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, an ideal starting point for hiking, biking and enjoying nature. The house can accommodate up to 8 people, and it can also be comfortably furnished for 2. The house is fully equipped. Network cables in all rooms, very good Wi-Fi on each floor, desks in each room and a large attic also allow very good remote working.

The old coin

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Located directly on the edge of the meadow, there is direct access to nature and an indescribably beautiful view, which makes many sunsets an unforgettable experience. Our 2025 renovated vacation home is exclusively equipped and offers a top-class experience at any time of the year with the panoramic sauna and wood-fired hot tub.

Bundorf Castle Mill

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.
