Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Rhodes

We were able to check in earlier than expected and were very warmly welcomed by Panos and his family. A large fruit bowl and plenty of water were available for us. The house is beautifully furnished, everything has been thought of, e.g. coffee powder, beach sheets. Upon request, we received an additional sheet to cover. The location is wonderful, right on the water. We really enjoyed the sunrises, the short walk to the beach, the proximity of the various localities. All in all, a very successful holiday! We will be happy to be back next year! 😊

We used the apartment for an overnight stay in between flights. The apartment is walkable from the airport, which was a big plus. The apartment was sparkling clean, well equipped, spacious and felt homy, and the hosts are responsive and friendly. Walking back to the airport in the morning, we stopped by the tiny local baker and bought pastries, which we later had with coffee at the airport ;-) Note that there is a steep stairway leading from the main room to the bedroom - make sure you are comfortable going up and down in the middle of the night, if you need to go to the restrooms.

Our stay in the house went very well. The house was as expected, pretty, perfectly equipped and functional. The village of Malona is an authentic village, ideal for those who want to avoid mass tourism of some corners of the island. I highly recommend this listing!

Our stay was great. Eleftheria was a super friendly and accommodating host who took great care of us. The place was just as pictured and in a very well-maintained condition. The neighbors were very nice and we felt comfortable as a family. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing time staying at this apartment in Rhodes! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the capital, super close to the Old Town, and a perfect base for exploring the whole island. Having a private parking spot nearby was super handy too, especially since renting a car is pretty much a must here. The place was just right for our little family (we were 3) — comfy, clean, and had everything we needed. There’s so much to do around: great restaurants, shops, and cool spots to check out, all just a short walk away. We honestly loved every second of our stay in Rhodes. Had a great stay - it is a great old place which is comfortable and has all amenities. Zafiris is a great host- gave us lots of tips on places to go which we followed and had great food all week. He was very flexible on check out which was really helpful.There are two bathrooms and a TV which aren't mentioned in the description. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Casa Piccola was perfect! The small cottage is super nice and great for 2 people, the equipment was as described, nice towels, beach towels and even 2 hammocks. The loungers on the terrace were also very cozy, you absolutely have your peace and are still on the beach in 5 minutes and have a variety of tavernas to choose from! Our special recommendation "Taverne Maria"!!!! Konstantinos and his mother Anja are great hosts, Anja was waiting for us and showed us everything. We loved everything and will definitely go on vacation again next year at Casa Piccola!!

When we got there, delicious pastries, cold water and watermelon were waiting for us. Her husband welcomed us because he knew our language and said we could call 24/7 for anything we needed. The location of the house is very nice, it is quiet and close to markets, restaurants, etc. It has its own parking lot. We comfortably accommodated 2 adults and one child. They brought us a gift when we were leaving, which was very nice. Thank you very much to Despina and her family for everything.

We had a very happy stay

Perfect stay. Quiet area. Fully equipped house. Shutters on the windows everywhere. We stayed for a week and the towels were replaced halfway. There are regular bath towels and also towels for poolside or to take to the beach. Good and proactive communication. Small supermarket and bakery nearby that are practically always open.

We have just had a very peaceful and relaxing week at Una Villa, it’s a beautiful villa in a lovely and quiet spot. It’s very close to Rhodes Old Town which is stunning (10min drive). The house has four large bedrooms and a massive living room which we all fell in love with. The pool area is spotless, lots of choice for where to sit and relax and it’s not over looked so has a really lovely private feel to it. We took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen area having several bbqs. It’s exactly how it looks in the photos. The villa is not within walking distance to any shops or restaurants so definitely need a car, there are several bakeries and supermarkets a few min drive away. We loved how quiet it was. Angelos was so helpful, always replying very quickly to any questions and we met his dad aswell who gave us some home grown fruit. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing break. Wi-Fi was fine aswell - saw some reviews that said a few issues but we had no problems.

Such a wonderful villa, would definitely stay again. Great comms both before and during our stay. Offering to arrange airport pick up and drop offs also meant we didn’t have to stress about managing these in the quieter season. Thanks for having us!

Fantastically private and quiet! If you are looking for peace and privacy, you are in perfect hands in Gudrun's house. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The place is nicely and cozily furnished. There is nothing missing, whether it is a small basic supply of food or oil, water, fruit, even wine was available. The first quiet hours are thus guaranteed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The highlight for us was the totally private pool. The water was lovely, it was clean and the pool loungers comfortable. We were able to relax really well. Tip: A rental car is mandatory for this property. But it's best if it's at least an SUV. The access is a bit adventurous but also to be able to reach the insanely beautiful secluded beaches, an SUV is recommended and these are not even that far away from the accommodation. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation. Thanks Gudrun!

Amazing place to stay! The host is so welcoming and provides a huge list of suggestions on places to go and where to eat! The villa is even better than the pictures and is spotless! Definitely rent a car, it’s about 10mins in the car to the old town so it’s in a perfect location. Highly Recommend 5 ⭐️

D&R Villas was amazing… as was Dimitrios! This villa had everything we could have wanted and needed, and is by far the nicest house in the village of Gennadi. Our local family friends came by and kindly reminded us it is not the authentic village vibe (as they look around in awe) but I think they were just jealous! Dimitrios was the best and quite literally responded within seconds to any matter I needed help with. The villas are also in the most fabulous location with equal walking distance to the beach as you are the village. A pool almost also feels necessary given how hot Gennadi is. There’s no where else I would have wanted to stay in Gennadi and we will be returning to the villas when we come back to Rhodes next year. Don’t hesitate, book the villas. Thank you Dimitrios!

The appartment is located few steps from the Palace of the Grand Master of Knights of Rhodes in the old city. Amazing. You can make your own coffee and enjoy it in front of the Palace and be part of the great history of Rhodes. The host is very polite, communicative and helpful. The bus stops are 5 minute walk from the appartment. New town and Eli beach are also close (15 min walk). I recommend this place for both historic/cultural visit or classic beach tourism.

Our stay at Rania's house was fantastic and exactly what we needed as a family. The contact with Rania was warm and straightforward, she responded quickly to questions. The house is beautiful, very clean and well equipped – incl. Washing machine and dishwasher. The quiet location outside of Apolakkia was ideal for switching off, with the rental car you can quickly get to Lindos, Prasonisi or surrounding villages. A special highlight was the private access to the almost deserted beach. The terrace offers comfortable sun loungers, seating, beach chairs and towels. Our children (4 and 6) had a lot of fun climbing over rocks and discovering the large, natural property with plants and animals – including a daily visit from a small gecko. An all-round successful vacation – we are thrilled and recommend the house without reservation!

We stopped there for two nights and three days. All was excellent. Location is perfect for people who like silence. In same time it's near to main attractions and to the beach. There is everything you need for the short term, some kitchen equipment, comfortable bed and clean bath. Nice view to the mountine and nearest vilages. Reccomend this place to stay.

Comfortable apartment within easy walking distance of the Old Town. Comfortable bed and nice size shower area with good pressure and hot water. Balcony was a good size. Kostas was very responsive to any questions. Would recommend.

Chris and Anna were fantastic hosts. The location is phenomenal and staying in a historic windmill is very cool. We traveled as a family of 7 and found that the only major drawback was the noise levels if you were sleeping in the double bed on the first floor or at the very top. Overall an excellent value.

Wow. We just loved our little house on the beach. It is small but perfect, with all the extras you might need - aircon, washing machine and a dishwasher. And loads of towels for both use in the house and on the beach. The photos do not do it justice. We loved the short walk from the main Stegna beach (this is possibly not for you if you have mobility issues) to the oasis of calm: the bay on which the house sits. It's like entering a magical quiet kingdom. We love to snorkel and the stony beach outside the house was a treasure trove of many fish. And we saw peregrine falcons, beautiful goats as well as bats at dusk each night. But all of this is in easy walking distance of shops and lots of great restaurants. We didn't have a bad meal during our stay but especially enjoyed Gorgona and for a treat you can't beat Kozas (but best to book). And Gianni's supermarket is great.

What an amazing stay in Rhodes! The apartment exceeded all of our expectations and would absolutely stay there again next time we are in town. It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants and about 30 minutes into Old Town/Elli Beach so for some groups it might be better suited if you have a car. For us, walking was great and Faith was an extremely helpful and responsive host. The sunsets from the balcony were 10/10! Can’t recommend this place enough!
