The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Shops, bank etc in nearby Ahrbrück (4km) Pets are welcome

Viele schöne Wanderwege und der Elztalradweg sind auch schnell erreicht: z.B. der Monrealer Ritterschlag oder der Hochbermeler... Mayen, der Nürburgring, die Mosel, die Maare sind schnell erreicht.

Meine Unterkunft befindet sich in Strickscheid. Ein sehr kleines, ruhig gelegenes Dorf im Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm, im Dreiländereck Deutschland-Belgien-Luxemburg. Beide Nachbarländer sind ca 25 Autominuten von dieser Unterkunft entfernt. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben, wegen der sehr ruhigen Lage (Alleinlage) und dem schönen Ausblick. Meine Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit kindern) und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere).

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. (Schau dir auch mein neues Apartment 'Im Pferdestall' an. ) Das Scheunen-Loft liegt unter dem Dach der ehemaligen Scheune. Es besteht aus Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer und einem Bad.
