In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including floor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8x2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped(Senseo coffee machine). The bathroom with shower and hot tub invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for loading.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. Our newly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment is both very central and idyllic. After exploring the Ruhr area, visiting the Movie Park or "Auf Schalke," the loggia invites you to end the evening in peace. Within a few minutes' walk (~500 m) you can reach not only the Wittringer Forest and Martkplatz but also various restaurants and the shopping arcade. From Gladbeck you have a direct connection to the A2/A31/A52 highways.

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.

Our newly furnished apartment (40m2)is located on the 1st floor in our two-family house. Central location to the airport (12 km), Düsseldorf exhibition center, with direct connection to the A52, A3 motorway. Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

It is 2.4 km to the beautiful Kamp monastery and the city center is also within walking distance (1.3 km). The beautiful Zechenpark with a large playground and zoo is only 1.5 km away. Also, a bakery and supermarket are only 800 m away. Within walking distance, about 500 m, is a hotel with restaurant and spa area.
