The trade fair is 18 minutes away, the cathedral/train station 14 minutes by public transport. Walking, you are in 5 minutes on the Rhine. Culinary highlights are in the immediate vicinity, as are shopping facilities.

The apartment for sole use is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children), and groups of up to 4 people. The apartment has a living area of 45 m² and was completely rebuilt in November 2016. Through an access control with a number code, a problem-free check-in is possible!
