Amazing Villa, 5 min. fair/city

This amazing old villa was built around 1930 and was renovated shortly and is therefore equipped to the latest standards. It is in our private use and everything made with love and passion. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms of 35, 25 and 14 sqm and a single room of 8 sqm), a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms (15 sqm and 5 sqm) and a guest toilet. The garden is almost 1000 square meters. We are looking forward to our first AirBnB experience.

You have a very large but simple room. It only has basic equipment, but it's cheap and you have the whole basement just for yourselves. You are in the center of Düsseldorf by train in 20 minutes from Meerbusch. I am happy to lend you a bike for a fee of €10/day.
