A beautiful view of Cologne from the 27th floor

Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

Great place for Long-Term Lease

This small apartment is located on the 5th floor of a secure residential building in the heart of Dusseldorf. My yoga school is located in the base of the house and included in the price is a free yoga class for my guests. My small apartment is the ideal location to get to know the city.
