The luxurious and stylish accommodation is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base for exploring Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can step onto a SUP or into a canoe.

A nice place where you can retreat, connect with each other and relax. From the cottage you can walk into the woods in a few minutes. Discover endless cycling and hiking routes. The dog is welcome! The chalet has its own parking space, air conditioning and central heating system.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

Flat Klein Waldeck is a well-kept and modern flat for up to 2 persons. It is an independent unit and fully equipped! Therefore ideal if you are looking for a B&B, but without breakfast. The flat is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Velp, near Arnhem, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and of course National Park Veluwezoom. The forest cottage is located on the Veluwezoom. Within a few meters, you are in the middle of the forest. The cottage is located in the Jutberg holiday park.
